I must say right away that this was not my first bus tour. I have experience of such trips. How the trip should be organized, how the group escort should behave - I know all this well. I never wrote reviews. I traveled with other operators, it was always a little better for someone, a little worse for someone, but overall it was good. There is such a tour operator in Ukraine - KOTE. →

Collaborated with the company for the first time with considerable travel experience and apparently the last. When choosing a tour, of course, there were certain wishes, the presence of which in the tour we were assured with 100% certainty. NOT A SINGLE wish was actually realized, everything turned out exactly the opposite! Moreover, the travel agent even managed to confuse the location of the hotel!!! There is either complete incompetence on the part of the travel agent, or deliberate deception! Apparently, the desire to send tourists at any cost is a priority in the work of "Let's go with us", at least Victor from the office on the street. →

My Travel company ruined my vacation with their lies, besides, 400 euros just went down the drain. Now about everything in order. After the May holidays, I found out that from May 30 to June 14, 2015 I will have a vacation, and I planned an important personal tourist trip to Berlin from June 10 to 14 - I bought plane tickets, paid for a hotel (My Travel has absolutely nothing to do with it ). →

I ordered a tour through Victoria Lavrinenko! Very good professional manager. We chose a place with her, rest very quickly, we turned out to have the best price (after comparing prices with other people vacationing in the same hotel, their eyes popped out on their foreheads like why it turned out so cheap with us) :) The hotel is excellent, the resort is ideal for relaxing (Marmaris ). →

We bought an excursion to the Imperial Palaces at the request of the child, because we knew about this company for a long time and even went on excursions with it many times before. Although even then it was alarming that the cars that are provided for customer service leave much to be desired in terms of comfort - old and rattling! On that day, there were no tickets available for this excursion at other points of sale, when we went from the sea, and the child really wanted to go to the Masandovsky and Livadia palaces. →

We went as a family to the super2 tour. Turns out you have to pay extra. What they did not tell us, but on the contrary, they misled us. Also, they were not delivered to the places where they were taken from. Impressions spoiled by bad organization. →

I decided to call them and find out about the tours, what they can offer, what they will advise .... because my head was going around from reading the tours (a very large number and you don’t know what to choose) You know, I got into the top ten, how happy I am that I called them - the girls from the Fiesta travel agency somehow immediately understood what we needed and what we wanted !! They offered me a tour "Hello dear", this is exactly what my husband and I wanted. →

Do not use the services of http://davclub.ua/ DAV Club !!!! Iryna Popovych + 380661411662- tour guide fraudulently took away the passport and left the client - a pensioner abroad without documents! At the border, in order to avoid problems in the tourist's passport, it is ILLEGAL to put a strain on leaving the European Union and violating the visa regime !!! Tour An operator who gives bribes at the border and teaches his employees to take documents from tourists to manipulate them !!!!. →

For the first time I used the services of the Fora-Tour travel agency and immediately they threw me and my girlfriend. I live 200 km from Vinnitsa, I booked a weekend tour to Lviv with a friend. I took 2 days off from work (I took a vacation at my own expense). Check out Friday night. On Thursday at 18-00 we are informed that the tour is cancelled. Moreover, from trusted sources, I found out that the tour still went, only we were apparently superfluous. →
