I really regret using this agency. I read good reviews and chose them. Yes, nice girls with a nice voice, but completely unprofessional and not interested in the result for the client. . . Alas. . . The main thing is to receive the entire amount for the tour and air tickets. At this stage, full activity and interest. And then - zero. . . I submitted all the documents for a visa and only a week later they were submitted to the visa center (for some reason, without explanation), as a result of a waste of time. →

1. We found this company because of the inexpensive price for a bus tour in Europe through Turne com.u 2. We bought a tour of our underage daughter from these swindlers from Delta Travel. On June 9, they paid for and submitted all the documents, as Delta Travel said ..., on June 10, Delta Travel promised to submit documents early in the morning to the Czech Consulate for a visa (then it turned out that they handed over on June 11 . →

I must say right away that this was not my first bus tour. I have experience of such trips. How the trip should be organized, how the group escort should behave - I know all this well. I never wrote reviews. I traveled with other operators, it was always a little better for someone, a little worse for someone, but overall it was good. There is such a tour operator in Ukraine - KOTE. →

Collaborated with the company for the first time with considerable travel experience and apparently the last. When choosing a tour, of course, there were certain wishes, the presence of which in the tour we were assured with 100% certainty. NOT A SINGLE wish was actually realized, everything turned out exactly the opposite! Moreover, the travel agent even managed to confuse the location of the hotel!!! There is either complete incompetence on the part of the travel agent, or deliberate deception! Apparently, the desire to send tourists at any cost is a priority in the work of "Let's go with us", at least Victor from the office on the street. →

I ordered a tour through Victoria Lavrinenko! Very good professional manager. We chose a place with her, rest very quickly, we turned out to have the best price (after comparing prices with other people vacationing in the same hotel, their eyes popped out on their foreheads like why it turned out so cheap with us) :) The hotel is excellent, the resort is ideal for relaxing (Marmaris ). →

We bought an excursion to the Imperial Palaces at the request of the child, because we knew about this company for a long time and even went on excursions with it many times before. Although even then it was alarming that the cars that are provided for customer service leave much to be desired in terms of comfort - old and rattling! On that day, there were no tickets available for this excursion at other points of sale, when we went from the sea, and the child really wanted to go to the Masandovsky and Livadia palaces. →
