I really regret using this agency. I read good reviews and chose them. Yes, nice girls with a nice voice, but completely unprofessional and not interested in the result for the client. . . Alas. . . The main thing is to receive the entire amount for the tour and air tickets. At this stage, full activity and interest. And then - zero. . . I submitted all the documents for a visa and only a week later they were submitted to the visa center (for some reason, without explanation), as a result of a waste of time. →

I never wrote reviews. I traveled with other operators, it was always a little better for someone, a little worse for someone, but overall it was good. Collaborated with the company for the first time with considerable travel experience and apparently the last. When choosing a tour, of course, there were certain wishes, the presence of which in the tour we were assured with 100% certainty. NOT A SINGLE wish was actually realized, everything turned out exactly the opposite! Moreover, the travel agent even managed to confuse the location of the hotel!!! There is either complete incompetence on the part of the travel agent, or deliberate deception! Apparently, the desire to send tourists at any cost is a priority in the work of "Let's go with us", at least Victor from the office on the street. →
