Rested in Turkey on August 5-12, 2015 at Sunis Elita Beach Resort Hotel & SPA in Side. We have a rest with this operator for the first time. We went on tour from 06.08.15-10. 08. 15. This was the first bus tour in my life, so I was very worried about how I could endure night crossings. But the price of the tour was so attractive that they could not refuse! The Algol company was advised by friends who have been traveling with them for many years and they are always satisfied with everything! I liked absolutely everything! At the station, we were met by representatives of the Algol company, gathered our entire group, seated us on a bus, and off we went. →

I have been served in this travel agency for the 4th year already, everything suits me, I used the services of this company several times to travel to the seas of Ukraine, I was in the Crimea and Azov, always excellent, comfortable buses, they try to transport people as close to places as possible booked accommodation ... I ordered a transfer to Kirillovka in this travel agency. The tour guides are very friendly and helpful. But the transport itself was not satisfied. The driver was not taken to the indicated place, but dropped off 250 meters away from him. With heavy bags, this is not a small distance. As we were explained in the travel agency - the driver could not turn around there. →

In principle, the company itself arranged. But, when we arrived in Prague, we were told that we had not two excursions, but one. We also had to wait 2 hours to check into the room (we arrived at 12 at the hotel). When the turn of the transfer came back, it turned out to be "fun" in general. We went to the reception. Waiting, waiting - no one is there. →
