We booked a tour to Bansko before booking, but a month before departure we were told that they could not provide an early ordered service (rest 10 days) and offered 7 or 14 with an additional charge, we decided to pay extra for 14 days after 1.5 weeks, they again said that 14 days they can’t then we refused at all, but the payment was in euros and returned in UAH at the exchange rate on the day of payment. →

Contacted through a friend. I was very scrupulous about this vacation, I chose in advance. Manager Victoria picked up a hotel that suits me in all respects. I read about him on the Internet, but mentally I was already there. A couple of weeks before departure, I was in the hospital and the trip was in jeopardy. I was very upset, I understood that the dollar exchange rate had grown from 13 to almost 18, there might not be any places and I completely lose the opportunity to fly away. →

This company was recommended to us by friends. This was our first trip to the Schengen area. We were offered one of the best hotels in terms of price / quality ratio. A couple of weeks ago, we turned back from the tour "Mystery of the Khust Castle and Synevir," new ". I accidentally found the MIA Travel page in contact, when back in 2013 I was looking for an inexpensive tour to Croatia. Whereas the rest of the "agencies" laid out attractive offers, and then nervously answered the call: "everything is sold, but what did you want for that kind of money?" and desperately trying to sell something more expensive, the girls from MIA Travel were always attentive and politely told about all the available tours and their nuances, offered various options based on the budget and did their best to help. →

The group was late all the time, the departure was delayed, we arrived late to Chernaya Tisa (although resettlement in Yasiny was implied), as a result, it turned out to be late on the hill (((On the second day at 3.30 we were taken from the hill and left the hotel at 6 (although everything on the site is on hour later indicated) Hotel "Hutsulshchyna" left the most negative memories of the stay. →
