We chose this company because of the price, it was slightly below the average bar. In response, they were very burned: - the hotel is cold - breakfasts, dinners - disgusting (rice with frozen vegetables, chicken chop) - you have to pay for everything (immediately before leaving for the ski resort there was an announcement "We are not going to Play, but to Izky, which are twice as close, but you still have to pay 70 UAH for the transfer" (by minibus it costs 20 UAH, on a custom-made bus 30 UAH, we specially found out)) - there is no exact answer from the employees, the food at the New Year's buffet sucks, there is no water at all and they definitely do not want to give it, this was the answer "I paid them everything you gave me, I also said to give everything you ask, so don't questions for me. →

We bought a New Year's bus here in Georgia. According to the program, the bus was supposed to travel from Depropetrovsk for 1.5 days, maybe a little more. Due to traffic jams at customs and near Rostov, we drove exactly 2.5 days. Loss of time, as a result of which instead of 4 days in Tbilisi, I had to spend 3 days there. The company did not even want to delay the departure for half a day. →
