01/03 - 01/08/2015 returned from the "Drive Christmas" tour to Bukovel. The Berkut hotel is generally not bad, the room is warm, all the amenities. But the food (breakfasts and dinners in the cost of the tour) was not just bad, but disgusting. Portions are small, watery and tasteless. It is even surprising that in Ukraine, in the Carpathian region, they managed to feed so badly. →

We also went on Christmas with this mountain company. Firstly, in Lviv, 6 out of 8 people forgot to take us on a tour of Lviv. Immediately upon arrival in Lviv, they called the director Nikita and asked where they would take us on the tour, to which he replied that wait now everything will be .After this call, Nikita did not pick up the phone for three days, although we had a lot of questions to the sky. →

I wanted to see Georgia, especially since the program was described very beautifully! but .... out of the 4 days declared by the program, they received only 3, and no one even hinted at the Ananuri fortress. Tea and coffee were even offered at the beginning of the journey, but on the way back .... there was no coffee, no sugar, and later the rest. →

This company does not bear any responsibility for their actions! evil fate, prompted them to book a New Year's tour in Transcarpathia. . . the tour consisted of 4 days, which, according to the program, are scheduled by the hour with visits to local attractions! However, the organizer of the trip, Igor Semenyuk, and his assistant Pavel, without any explanation or alternatives, simply ignored half of what was stated in the booked tour. →

Tour "Christmas Story". Departure was supposed to be 01/02/2015 from the Dnieper, but for some reason we were rescheduled for the trip to 01/01, warning about this only on 12/31 at 15.00!!!!! We gathered in puffs without noticing NG. Further at the station we were accompanied by 2 girls, tickets were given only when boarding the train directly, without mentioning a word that there were tickets with departure at night from Yaremche and that our entire tour program was changing. →
