We wanted to get a visa. They gave money (and a lot) and documents to the travel agency (Chernyshevsky 62), which worked with Olva-tour. As a result, no visa, no money. The passports were hardly returned after three months. They don’t want to give money away, they all pile on each other. I will never use this company and would not recommend to others! One cheat!. →

I really liked the Cleopatra Hotel in general, except for bed linen and bedspreads with terrible stains. As for the tour, we did not get the promised 4 seats, we were seated for a long time and were given the 3rd row. But on excursions and on the way back to Kyiv, these places were occupied by other people from Odessa, who categorically did not want to change with us, they say, these places were prescribed to them by Anga Travel. →

They were supposed to leave on a "comfortable" bus on December 29 at 18:00, but the trip was postponed the next morning due to weather conditions. People agreed with this, since there was a lot of snow, and the tracks were temporarily blocked. →

Pros of the tour: interesting, the guides worked perfectly, the buses are excellent Cons of the tour: there was nowhere to celebrate the new year, in the city of oulu there was nothing near the hotel, and tourists noted where they had to in the hotel, in the lobby, from where they were driven out at one in the morning; hotel in Tallinn (1 night) according to customers is very bad. →

We chose this company because of the price, it was slightly below the average bar. In response, they were very burned: - the hotel is cold - breakfasts, dinners - disgusting (rice with frozen vegetables, chicken chop) - you have to pay for everything (immediately before leaving for the ski resort there was an announcement "We are not going to Play, but to Izky, which are twice as close, but you still have to pay 70 UAH for the transfer" (by minibus it costs 20 UAH, on a custom-made bus 30 UAH, we specially found out)) - there is no exact answer from the employees, the food at the New Year's buffet sucks, there is no water at all and they definitely do not want to give it, this was the answer "I paid them everything you gave me, I also said to give everything you ask, so don't questions for me. →

We bought a New Year's bus here in Georgia. According to the program, the bus was supposed to travel from Depropetrovsk for 1.5 days, maybe a little more. Due to traffic jams at customs and near Rostov, we drove exactly 2.5 days. Loss of time, as a result of which instead of 4 days in Tbilisi, I had to spend 3 days there. The company did not even want to delay the departure for half a day. →
