The fact is that the obvious lies on the surface and everyone understands that, the TPG tour operator, did not fully load their charter from Kharkov and decided to win back their shortcomings on our tourists in this way, sending them through another city and thus win some of their commercial interests, sacrificing the interests of clients! That's just the question of how you can substitute agencies like that? We, as a tour operator, earn money, look for customers, offer them, sell, take the hit ourselves when any problems arise, but this situation is already beyond good and evil, this is an outright scam!. →
