This company does not bear any responsibility for their actions! evil fate, prompted them to book a New Year's tour in Transcarpathia. . . the tour consisted of 4 days, which, according to the program, are scheduled by the hour with visits to local attractions! However, the organizer of the trip, Igor Semenyuk, and his assistant Pavel, without any explanation or alternatives, simply ignored half of what was stated in the booked tour. →

Tour "Christmas Story". Departure was supposed to be 01/02/2015 from the Dnieper, but for some reason we were rescheduled for the trip to 01/01, warning about this only on 12/31 at 15.00!!!!! I really liked the Cleopatra Hotel in general, except for bed linen and bedspreads with terrible stains.
