In Antalya, we were put on a bus from the company ANEX TOUR without air conditioning. An hour and a half (90 km) drive to your hotel in a red-hot box. Full bus of small children, the youngest is 5 months old. We returned home on a luxurious bus, I can’t believe it ..... Excursions are very interesting, comfortable buses, but the food is average. Guides don't always tell the truth. →

Bought a ticket to Bulgaria. 4 days before departure, they said they could not be sent on tour. As intermediaries, they are not responsible, but offered to pay another 200 euros to renew the hotel ???? Why should I continue the reservation, if they can not send.
