Bought a ticket to Bulgaria. 4 days before departure, they said they could not be sent on tour. As intermediaries, they are not responsible, but offered to pay another 200 euros to renew the hotel ???? Why should I continue the reservation, if they can not send. They do not want to return the money, they said to wait six months. There is no way out, only a statement to the prosecutor's office and hope for our valiant police :-). →
