We went this year with "Accord" to Hungary. Made out in "Voyage Deluxe", Tatyana Sidorenko. The trip and preparation for it went flawlessly, for which many thanks to her. We contacted this company through the Tourist Exchange, i.e. Tatyana found us herself upon request. Together with the main package of documents, we needed to submit additional documents for a visa so that not a one-time, but a double-entry visa was issued. →

I really liked the tour with Katerina Nuzhnaya! The excursions were interesting, especially Katya showed herself in Paris. The tour was accompanied by French music and poems from Katerina's personal compositions! Respect! The hotels were very clean, the bus was new. Drivers are adequate. The tour operator "Iltur" was advised by our local travel agency, which cooperated with them. Booked a hotel in Sozopol, paid money. A few days before departure, we received a call from our travel agency and were informed that the hotel reservation had been canceled because the receiving party had not received the money. As beginners, my husband and I had a lot of questions and doubts about the tour, so for several days on the Internet we asked questions, asked for links to various sites of tour operators - and received detailed answers from Oksana Zhazhko, who never tired of instilling confidence that everything will be fine :) As a result, a trip was chosen with the Accord tour operator, which turned out to be on top - an attentive attendant, excellent guides, a very comfortable bus, a good hotel. →

Extremely unreliable tour operator. We were going to fly to Cyprus for our honeymoon. We chose and booked with Natalie Tours only because other operators did not have the desired hotel. We had heard about this unfortunate tour operator before, we hoped that we would be lucky, but alas ... The request was confirmed for 7 (!) Days, they were encouraging, they said that it would be confirmed just a little bit more, fly, fed breakfast , in the end they just stopped answering . →
