I have long planned to write a review about my New Year's tour, which I did, but I decided to write here only now, maybe this review will help someone. Because I know before I go to an agency, I read the reviews myself. In 2013, I bought a tour to "Yasna Tour" and went on a New Year's trip to the "Romance of Ancient Lviv" tour from 29.12.13. My mood was not celebratory because of the events in Western Ukraine, but the agency managers convinced me that everything would be fine, that the Accord tour never let me down and I took a chance. →

The decision to go on vacation was spontaneous. We opted for the HAPPY TOUR travel agency, trusting the advice of friends, and did not regret it. Since this was the first trip abroad, there were many questions and doubts. Thanks to the manager for his patience and help in organizing the trip. Everything was professionally organized. We chose a company based on a more convenient round-trip departure time, all other things being equal. The work of the manager before and during the sale of the tour is satisfactory. But at the place of rest (in Egypt), all the work of the staff consists in selling standard excursions to their vacationers (more expensive than other travel agencies and with worse service) and "supplying" the shops with which Pegas cooperates with buyers. →

The tour operator itself is not bad, but the guide who was at the hotel spoiled the whole impression of the operator. His behavior was extremely ugly, he did not make any effort to be in contact with his tourists, he had to be constantly looked for, he was late for meetings, extremely unpunctual. He spoke rudely, one might even say "boorishly." Obsessively insisted on using the operator's excursions, which are much more expensive than those of the locals, everything is clear that tourists are at risk of giving money to the locals, but this is not a reason to intimidate with fines and give all kinds of arguments in pursuit of their interests in the desire to earn money. →

We chose the company because we bought a last-minute tour at a very pleasant price. But the fun didn't end there. Our manager, Masha, really liked us. At the very first meeting, she approached us, not just as a client, but as close friends. Since we were flying with a small child, there were a lot of questions. Masha answered us in detail and in detail, quickly completed the paperwork. →

I want to do this tour again. All hotels are great. Minus only German, as the Internet is 4 euros! Many thanks to Taras, who skillfully organized our trip, who knows how to communicate with Poles, Germans, Swiss and Austrians, and also find the right words for every tourist. Paid for a private hotel room. Settled in the Danubius Hotel Flamenco. It turned out that my room was separated from the other room by a door without a lock!!!!!! →

The biggest drawback was that I was driving backwards, since the seat on the bus was turned 180 degrees - it was installed against the movement. You should be warned about this!!! Otherwise, no complaints →

I turned to Golden Travel on the advice of friends. And never regretted it. We picked up an excellent hotel Granada Luxury Resort Spa & Thalasso 5 * for May. The hotel rested only 5 days, but that was enough to understand - it's really 5 stars!!! I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of the company Anna and Margarita for such a SUPER vacation!!!! Only positive emotions remained from the rest! We will come to you again. →
