We were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the service. For two reasons: 1. Already after we made an advance payment, we were counted the ENTIRE tour. 2. In connection with the allegedly late departure, we were recommended to pay extra for late check-out - as a result, "late check-out" occurred at 4 pm. At the reception, everyone wondered for a long time why we were leaving a day earlier. →

A friendly manager recommended us how to get through these 2 days. on the first day we went to look at the castles of Lviv region, tour 175 UAH. We turned to the Tandem Tour agency because they really didn’t overestimate prices. And for accommodation, it was more profitable for us to buy from them than directly at the Ai-Petri sanatorium. From the plane, the guide Olga met. We organized a transfer. And we from the plane after 2 hours we were already in Gaspra. Very comfortable. We recommend it to everyone. →

P.S. Many thanks to the tour operator Sakums for such a pleasant tour. The drivers are great, pleasant in communication and accurate in driving. Well, and special thanks to our guide Olga. I liked the tour program (rich, interesting). The trip was organized at a good level - accommodation at the recreation center "Vodogray" (picturesque, large territory, clean rooms with all the necessary things), meals - the buffet allowed you to choose something to your taste and eat plenty, we assessed the qualifications of the drivers - carefully, but they confidently drove the bus, I liked the leader Elena, who tried to make the trip as comfortable as possible for everyone and made sure that we had time to go everywhere and do everything as much as possible. →

It all started and ended with paperwork. Young lady Yana behaved rudely and arrogantly. I came across this agency by accident. She cursed everything. But I concluded - you need to contact only personally verified agencies or on the advice of friends. Thanks for the negative experience. Guys stay away from this office. Irresponsibility and negligence rule the ball here. →

I'll start from the beginning: - At the Boryspil Airport, no one met us before the flight, did not coordinate us. - Arrival in Sharm El Sheikh at 8.00, transfer to the hotel at 13.30, taking into account the prices for everything at the airport, for example: coffee 3$. We had a family with a child who was tired from the flight and wanted to eat. - The guides of the anex tour were purely frostbitten and threw everything into the cycling race, although the Tez tour brought its tourists along the same road without slowing down. →
