I turned to Golden Travel on the advice of friends. And never regretted it. We picked up an excellent hotel Granada Luxury Resort Spa & Thalasso 5 * for May. The hotel rested only 5 days, but that was enough to understand - it's really 5 stars!!! We went with "Arriva" twice, the first time in January 2014 to Marsa Alam. Second time in May in Fithiye. Both times we are very satisfied with the organization of the trip, the hotel, the attentive attitude of the company's employees. We will definitely use their services again and again. We were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with the service. For two reasons: 1. Already after we made an advance payment, we were counted the ENTIRE tour. 2. In connection with the allegedly late departure, we were recommended to pay extra for late check-out - as a result, "late check-out" occurred at 4 pm. At the reception, everyone wondered for a long time why we were leaving a day earlier. →

We turned to the Tandem Tour agency because they really didn’t overestimate prices. And for accommodation, it was more profitable for us to buy from them than directly at the Ai-Petri sanatorium. From the plane, the guide Olga met. We organized a transfer. And we from the plane after 2 hours we were already in Gaspra. Very comfortable. We recommend it to everyone. →

I liked the tour program (rich, interesting). The trip was organized at a good level - accommodation at the recreation center "Vodogray" (picturesque, large territory, clean rooms with all the necessary things), meals - the buffet allowed you to choose something to your taste and eat plenty, we assessed the qualifications of the drivers - carefully, but they confidently drove the bus, I liked the leader Elena, who tried to make the trip as comfortable as possible for everyone and made sure that we had time to go everywhere and do everything as much as possible. →
