I want to express gratitude from my travel agency and from my tourists (7 people), with whom I was on the New Year's Budapest 2014 tour, to the whole ALGOL team! I used to send tourists on tours from this tour operator, but I managed to travel from them myself. Special thanks to the drivers, and our group leader Ivancho Romana - just smart, this is so far the best group leader I have ever traveled with. →

It seems that they did not rest well, but the swindle of the Sakums travel agency disappoints. When buying train tickets (a group ticket was bought for a group), we were told that there were no children's tickets and we were sold for children (three children were traveling with us) adult tickets. When boarding the train, the conductor slows down adult aunts with children's tickets. →

The route was quite busy Prague - Dresden - Karlovy Vary - Bratislava - Budapest - Vienna - Eger. I will say this, I liked everything, though in the Czech Republic the hotels were not much worse than in Hungary. →

"-" Irresponsible approach to the organization of the tour. Group leader - none! Breakfasts, which are included in the price, at the Berkut-zhlobstvo restaurant. In addition, the cooks and waiters never set the table on time. For 15-20 minutes they waited either food or tea !!! The New Year's program does not correspond at all to the amount that was paid! No contests, no normal D. →

The worst organization of the tour, everywhere was late from 2 to 4 hours. We stood in front of the border near the CHOP crossing for 3 hours. Reason: the manager forgot the passport of one of the tourists. Instead of an excursion to Budapest and a free hour, there was only an arrival at 6 am and 8 pm. stops where we have to fit in to take pictures of early Budapest from the bus stop. →

I want to thank Abbas for organizing our weekend in Prague. We somehow realized it late and our attempts to find a flight for a certain date were not successful. I had to bring money and documents to the agencies I contacted within an hour, but I didn’t have such an opportunity. And only Abbas booked us an air flight and a hotel in "telephone mode" without requiring payment in advance. →

I bought through Let's go with us, I would never have known that they would buy a tour from Dlta Travel. There has never been a worse tour in my life.
