Tango travel is a good travel agency. We went on New Year's Eve 2014 to Krakow and Prague on a bus tour. All were satisfied! I especially liked Evgenia, the escort of our group! We went on vacation spontaneously, friends had already bought a ticket and invited me to go with them. Therefore, they knew almost nothing about the country and other things. Manager Irina immediately offered places in the same hotel with friends, a photo for a visa was taken right there at the agency. All in all, a minimum of hassle. We left Lviv on 04.01.2014 at 21.00 by bus 1. Although the bus has Czech numbers and is beautiful in appearance, the seats have been rearranged so as to increase the number of seats by probably 8 or 10 people. The room itself is a complete mess, all my complaints about the quality of the room were stupidly ignored, they refused to return the difference in cost. Asked because their office is not far from home and did not hear anything bad. I asked to find the best possible room / hotel in the selected price segment, to which the answer was that "this is not done in Paris" and everything is the same with 3 * and the best conditions are in the next price segment. The reality was very surprising later - a large selection of half-empty hotels, including those with which Gamalia / UTA works and with better conditions: more modern rooms + for breakfast at the same price they serve sausages and sausages and not only musli and eggs + much greater distance to opposite houses and you can keep the curtains open + closer to the gathering point of the Opéra Garnier groups + closer to the metro. →
