Our guide was the head of the company - Evgeny Vasilyevich. A man of great talent. Fooling 40 people is a big talent. Just returned from the tour "Introducing Paris" (departure 03. 01. 2014). Impressions from the organization of the tour-HORRIBLE!!! And first of all - this is the guide Yulia Faichuk. We go on trips abroad quite often, but I have never seen such unprofessionalism. What is worth the mere fact that she lost tourists twice: in Berlin and in Paris. Moreover, my husband and I waited for her for 2 hours but did not wait for her or her call, and as a result, we missed the boat trip along Senna, for which we paid in advance! There was no organization on the tour, the guide was constantly late to the meeting point. →
