I was late to the meeting place of the group, because of which the departure took place 20 minutes late. It was impossible to get through to him in order to find out the exact location of the bus stop: he did not pick up the phone and did not call back himself. →

The drivers drove normally, but the guide completed his work by 10%, did not say that it is unprofitable to change euros to zlotys in Krakow, we lost 150 euros on the course, did not have information where you can reserve a table in a restaurant on New Year's Eve. Departure back at 20.00 from Krakow, and arrival at 4 in the morning, but there were people from Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk with small children who had to wait somewhere from 4 in the morning until the train. →
