I was late to the meeting place of the group, because of which the departure took place 20 minutes late. The drivers drove normally, but the guide completed his work by 10%, did not say that it is unprofitable to change euros to zlotys in Krakow, we lost 150 euros on the course, did not have information where you can reserve a table in a restaurant on New Year's Eve. Departure back at 20.00 from Krakow, and arrival at 4 in the morning, but there were people from Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk with small children who had to wait somewhere from 4 in the morning until the train. →

You are doing everything right, do not pay attention to tourists who demand some special treatment for themselves and their families. →

Check-in at the hotel took place at 20.00 instead of 12.00, and that was on December 31st. The resettlement did not happen as we were promised in the company, in Kyiv. The hotel itself is an hour drive from the city center, only a taxi can get to it late. The excursion program itself is terrible, the only thing that was included in the tour was a sightseeing tour of Budapest. →
