Pros: Competence, prices, friendly staff. CONS: the tour operator iltur is twenty-year-old uncomfortable cramped buses, without air conditioning, there is no promised transfer (we can assume that they forgot us at the hotel! We got to the bus by taxi), doubled tickets, a broken suitcase. →
