Solomiya's work is beyond praise: clear, short and interesting :)) She managed to tell us a little about the destination cities, mixing it with useful information for tourists about money, food, routes, etc. She organized all the processes very well - as a result, we did not waste time on unnecessary: downloads, downtime and waiting. →

The rest was spoiled. I paid for accommodation in a 3 * hotel, and in Bulgaria they settled in a 2 * hotel. After returning, she asked for a refund of the difference in the cost of living. Only after the intervention of the Inspectorate for the Protection of Consumer Rights, after 2 months, with great hassle, I was paid 1500 UAH. The agency does not work well, contracts are drawn up with errors. →

We would like to express our gratitude to the manager of the travel agency "It's time to rest" Svetlana for her travel experience, thanks to which we went to rest in the chic Sharm region, but wanted to go to Hurghada. Svetlana told all the great moments of the rest that awaited us there and was not mistaken. We didn’t want to leave!! ! She quickly responded to our claims to the air carrier Air Onix, which delayed the flight there and reduced the time spent back, in total by 20 hours (but this is a separate story and there will be a review about this airline). →

Review of the tour "BALTIC EXPRESS - 4 capitals of the North" from the tour operator "Delta Travel". We were on a trip from 10/19/2013 to 10/24/2013. A wonderful, emotional and very budget tour, considering that we visited Stockholm - one of the most expensive cities and sailed on 3 ferries! To say that we enjoyed the trip would be an understatement! We visited fabulous gingerbread Tallinn, picturesque with its landscapes and interesting Helsinki, amazing extraordinary Stockholm and stylish Riga. →

I want to share my unpleasant impressions about the tour operator Coral Travel. On 10/21/2013, I paid for a tour in the UAE, at a travel agency, tour operator Coral Travel. Travel time from 10/25/2013-11/01/2013, departure from Donetsk by Air Arabia, departure time 13.15. The tour was paid for 2 adults and 1 child. The travel agency, due to the small margin of time for opening a visa, clarified several times whether there was enough time to obtain a visa, to which the tour operator Coral Travel responded positively, stating that the visa would be open. →

I went with this company on a tour "Netherlands, you are beautiful!" from 10/13/2013. The visa was opened on time, which was promised, the passports were in hand during the trip. The attendant, drivers, guides were all very professional and pleasant. I really liked the tour, the impressions are only good. Before the trip, I read negative reviews, there were experiences, but I tuned in to the fact that with us - EVERYTHING WILL BE WELL, and really everything was great! even at the borders in both directions stood a record short time) So I strongly recommend contacting this company and good mood before the trip!. →

7 морей и Оазис не провожает и не встречает туристов в аэропорту, их не интересует как прошёл отдых,как прошёл перелёт.Вообщем отношение такое-только получили деньги за тур и всё .Как пройдёт так и пройдёт отдых. →
