I want to warn you that Zabugr has obvious problems with fraud. Six months have passed since we signed a contract in their office during working hours and paid the full cost of the tour (documents are available for review) - and since then no trip, no money. Yes, and sent to hell, as if they were not to blame. Now we are suing them, but they are hiding from the court with all sorts of ridiculous "excuses" from their lawyers. →

I want to thank Elena, an employee of the Shi-Ko travel agency Lugansk, st. Defense 77 (opposite the taxi depot) for a wonderful holiday in Dubai. We went for the first time with my family, we were very worried about how they would meet there, how they would see us through. We read a lot of different reviews about the UAE, but all fears were in vain: the Five Continents Cassells Al Barsha Hotel 4 * is excellent, the transfer is without problems, in a word we are satisfied !!! guide is a rare freak!!! All representatives of the company are bastards, they don’t know how to communicate with their tourists, they behave boorishly. We (three families with children from 1 to 12 years old) took a tour for 12 days to Hurghada in LBATROS 4 * with 19-10-2013. Settled immediately but for $ 100-rooms for three with a plus, but with a sea view and a hefty terrace with sun loungers. →

I want to immediately thank the girls who work at TUI in Bessarabka, I went with them to Turkey. I was very afraid because I was not myself, how they would meet, how they would settle, the situation in the country, well, that's it, I read the reviews here that they might forget and poison in the hotel and whatever. It turned out: the girls picked up the coolest hotel for us on the entire coast of Marmaris! It all started with the banal, let's go to the companies, we will find out what for, and we were looking for a short tour, so as not to take a special holiday :) Mass of companies and the same bunch of offers. for a couple of days of intensive searches, we just got up and thought that well, we'd better pick something up later. I’m probably late with my review, but still ... We took a tour for the New Year with my family in this company (meeting in 2013 in the Carpathians.) We thought for a long time, but decided to go with the Donbass tour to the Carpathians by bus and were very pleased that chose Donbass-Tour. Everyone completed 100% even more. The road went perfectly (thanks to the drivers Alexander and Vitaly), who comfortably and confidently delivered us to the place of rest, as well as to our guide Dmitry for his efficiency and attention. →

Competent, organized and interesting tour! Loved Barcelona and Monaco! of course it's hard night crossings, but it's all overshadowed!
