We bought a tour from another agent, but from arrival to departure and at the hotel, we were accompanied by representatives of this company. Everything is fine, the guys are generally great, but two points spoiled the overall picture a little. A trip to Pomukal, bought from a hotel guide (red pants - twice ku :))). Of course, he told us to take water with you, but of course, a trip for the whole day, the heat. →

They settled in the hotel for 9.5 hours, openly extorted money. At the meeting with the guide, I tried to explain point by point what I don’t like and why I want to move, but I was not given this opportunity! The guide, having heard only the first point of my complaint, roared, his monologue lasted 30 minutes, and ended with threats that since I talk so much, so dissatisfied and angry, he will not help me. →

I met the guide on the bus, he was cheerful, he told me everything about the country and what to see. Good humor, all right. He said that we will have a free shopping trip as a gift. At the hotel for a meeting already with another guide - the Sultan, he began to unwind on excursions and stuff ... 2 hours of wasted time !!!! When after some time I called him back about a free shopping trip, he said that this was no longer the case, and that the trip cost 6 USD. →

Tour operator JoinUp! (in Egypt, this office is called Sun International) left rather negative than positive impressions. Everything is always done at the last moment and late. Upon arrival in Egypt, the meeting officer knew almost no Russian, did not want to communicate in English, and waved it aside when asked to help fill out the migration card. →

I chose this tour operator, because they had convenient flights for us, three families with small children, the flights were daytime, that is, we intentionally lost almost a day, because we did not want to exhaust the kids with night flights! As a result, the return flight was postponed for us even before the trip in the morning and we were picked up from the hotel at 4. →

For the first time when we traveled with them, we were not entirely satisfied, because the plane was old and in a terrible state. You are flying for the first time, and then there is such a plane ...)) There were also questions to the insurance company, with which the company cooperates, they deceived us. →
