Everything about the agency was great. We were advised the country, picked up a good hotel. We were absolutely happy with everything. Excellent service, friendly and accommodating managers. The transfer was chosen individually for us, since it was not a package tour, we flew to Cuba, but everything was fine. We were all picked up, the waiting time was short, we were satisfied with everything. →

In fact, in principle, good service, although there were a couple of comments on the transfer. We had to wait a bit, as the transfer was booked individually, but there was a delay. Accordingly, they were afraid to be late for the airport. It's good that this time there were no transfers of flights, but there were comments about Wizz Air itself. There were questions, although the luggage was paid for, and they somehow showed their bias in solving the problem that arose there. →

Spent a lot of time with the consultation. The girl who took care of us answered all our questions, even when we were already on tour and we had questions, she answered us via viber. We had a 24/7 connection with her and everything went without problems, except for the flight delay. We were recommended a tour that supposedly would be without delay, but the delay was 3 hours. →

We chose a tour with the help of the TPG agency and I still regret that I decided to use his services. Terrible service, absolute indifference to customers and their money. Not only could they not find a hotel for us for a long time, but in the end they settled us not at the previously agreed one. We chose a good 5 * hotel, but on the eve of departure, they removed our reservation and did not notify us. →
