A lot of the rooms need refurbishment, no one is doing it.
The impression is that once the hotel has been built, the owner only waits for a refund and does not want to do current repairs, everything becomes unusable.
Cleaning for four days has never been done, cleaned only after check-out.
Tour operators prefer this hotel only because of the bus stop.
The location is so far from the city center (11 km) that it is determined by the location of the navigator as the city of Golem.
More about the location - the neighboring hotel is so densely attached that you have to go to the sea along the roadway, then along very dirty yards with constant puddles.
On the plus side - there is a swimming pool, the lobby is well decorated.

This hotel was booked by a travel agency. Terrible rooms with broken furniture and dirty gray linens. For 4 days there was not even an attempt to clean, but on the 3rd day (thanks) we were "thrown" toilet paper and soap into the room (left on the threshold in front of the door). In general, negative emotions from this hotel greatly spoiled the rest.
