On the way from the hotel to the Beach Bar there are 2 supermarkets and another 1-seater, food prices are about the same as in Ukraine, maybe a little more expensive. The windows of the rooms overlook the road and the cafe bar, so sometimes cigarette smoke gets into the room if the windows are open, and you can also hear music in the evening. Well, if you don’t manage to fall asleep quickly, then passing cars will disturb you, because it is along the hotel that there is a highway that runs through the entire city of Saranda. The food is not very varied for breakfast, they usually give scrambled eggs plus an omelet, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, fried sausages, cheese, cookies, milk, orange juice, water, coffee, butter, honey, and also Kos is served - this is local kefir and sometimes fruits, there are almost always canned peaches. Vacationers in the basis of Ukraine, there are Belarusians. The staff is Russian-speaking, Ukrainian-speaking and English-speaking. Every evening Ukrainian tanuy performed by a guy and a girl from Ukraine. The owner of the hotel is the consul or honorary consul of Ukraine in Albania and has contacts with the Ukrainian embassy in Greece, because there is no Ukrainian embassy in Albania and in case of any problem situations, he can help in this country in some way. The hotel itself is located on the 3rd line, above the main street, so even with the windows closed you can hear everything. All rooms are located almost the same, as there is a rock on the other side of the hotel. The lock doesn't open well. There is no elevator for 4 floors. The air conditioner is not rationally located (above the bed).

It seems to be there, but it’s as if it doesn’t exist (toilet, washbasin and shower together). After the session, the bathroom is flooded, with the doors closed in the room there is a swamp, sometimes the water is poorly regulated.
Small assortment of food for breakfast. Items on the menu are not always available. Fruit is rarely served (the price of a watermelon in a supermarket is 10 € cents). Sometimes they save - they give half a serving instead of the ordered one. Walk far to the beach. The water is cool, because in this place the river flows into the sea.
Very good hotel staff (there are Russian speakers). The chef cooks deliciously, and the cleaning lady does everything well.
