We rested at the Hofer Hotel in Kaprun at the beginning of January 2010, in general, a normal hotel, an ordinary alpine boarding house, but with the hostess we were not lucky. The hostess obviously remembers and respects Hitler, she cannot stand Russians. From 10 p. m. to 6 a. m. , she turned off the heating in all rooms completely, there were ice batteries, despite the fact that it was -18 degrees outside and there was a large panoramic wooden window on the entire wall in the room, from which it was very blowing.

From 10 p. m. to 6 a. m. , she turned off the heating in all rooms completely, there were ice batteries, despite the fact that it was -18 degrees outside and there was a large panoramic wooden window on the entire wall in the room, from which it was very blowing. When I went to find out what was the matter, the hostess replied that the boiler was automatically programmed that way. To my further recommendations on changing the operating mode of the boiler, she pretended that she did not understand English further. She also said that all the residents are grateful to her for this. Only Russians with small children lived in the hotel, after talking with them, I found out how “thankful” they are to her when the children cry from the cold. So we froze all 10 days. Further, for the declared free internet in the hotel, we paid 10 euros to the hostess, who was called at 8 pm by a call to the reception, which never worked. The very next morning at breakfast, she approached us and said in an arrogant tone that the Internet was only for 1 week (and we lived there for 10 days), and that if we want something else from her in this life, then we should ask its only at breakfast, not in the evening!! ! Please excuse me for disturbing you to earn 10 euros! In short, the Internet, she still chopped off the extra unpaid 2 days for us, so it turned out to be a week of use. For all further questions and claims, she froze. Even at breakfast, she saved hot water for tea, heated it poorly and poured little, did not give water additions. My husband even wrote on the information leaflet in the room, which hangs on the wall, the Internet access code, purely for our tourists. So if someone still goes there after this review, look at the info brochure on the wall just in case : )))) But we still had a great rest, we liked everything very much: a small town, well-groomed slopes, and delicious restaurants !!! !
