Old Vienna, antique furniture, helpful staff, haute cuisine, great location in the city center. The waiters were in no hurry, confused orders, which, paradoxically, I really liked (all dishes are great). Recommend.

The location of the hotel is just excellent. All sights can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Nearby there is a tram, metro, buses. Very kind staff. Even one young man tried to speak Russian. We liked the room, we had two windows. Breakfast is standard European. We were given coupons for a free snack upon check-in.

But I was personally pleased that it turned out to be coffee (any from the menu) and a branded cake or strudel. Cake "Kaiser" amazing, impressed more than the famous Sacher in the coffee house of the same name. Yes, every evening they brought the weather forecast for the next day and chocolates. The only negative is that it was not possible to extend the "wait" in the room after 12 o'clock. But they have free luggage storage. Yes, and we had about 4 hours. We crawled to the center to say goodbye, had lunch, and lay on sun loungers in Freud's park. This park is two steps from the hotel.

Was in Regina at the beginning of January 2010. The first thing I liked about the hotel was its location. Almost in the center of Vienna. To the City Hall on foot 5 minutes, to Graben Street and St. Stephen's Cathedral - 10 minutes. The staff is helpful (how could it be otherwise in civilized Austria? ). True, my room was small, not at all like in the photos.
