arrived at 22.00 with a 1.5 year old baby. we are 6 people. Booked 2 apartments. hotel ****. We were looking for a hotel with a guide by car for 1.5 hours. Found. Really close to the ski lift. Construction around. And not a single person from the residents - for 2 buildings, except for one receptionist. They came to the room: +10 degrees Celsius, quarreled, in the second: +15, quarreled, in another building they gave apartments with a normal temperature in the room.

They came to the room: +10 degrees Celsius, quarreled, in the second: +15, quarreled, in another building they gave apartments with a normal temperature in the room. there is a swimming pool and a sauna, even the water in it circulates only it is not heated. Do you want to go to a nearby hotel to swim and bathe (allegedly an agreement with them). Of course, there we were offered to pay money. The light was turned off 5 times, including on New Year's Eve. no electricity, no heating! In general, there is no service that should be in ****, and for which we paid. For the new year, another 20 rooms were settled. Everyone was shocked that the rooms were poorly heated, especially those that came with children. All the photos that I selected this year do not differ from last year (the body is photoshopped). Now for the good: the hotel is beautiful both inside and out. Near (20m) European restaurant Old Sofia - I liked it. And of course, the descents are just super, eclipsed all the negativity from the unobtrusive service. So, be careful with the cedar lodges. There are four of them, no less.
