Elenite, in my opinion, is one of the best, but also expensive resorts in Bulgaria. Although I liked my vacation in general, I still have the opinion that neither the resort itself nor the Atrium is worth this money. And here's why. Firstly, we went with your own car and without the services of a tour operator, having decided that it will be cheaper this way. Whoever decides to do this, I advise:
do not go with a company of more than two families - it is difficult to find 3 rooms at the same time in one hotel.
come in the morning, as you need to negotiate with the hotel manager, but they do not work in the evenings.
if you all the same arrived in the evening - rent a room near Elenite (there are a lot of them), and from the 12th day they pay for a new day. Why overpay.

I couldn’t find a phone number for Atrium or Andalusia anywhere on the Internet, so if it’s useful to someone, the Atrium number is +35.554 69220 but only talk to managers (we dealt with Andrey, a very pleasant young man who spoke Russian well and tried to make the rest We agreed with him at the following prices: 55 euros per adult and children 6 and 12 years old free of charge. And the tour operators offered us: 65 euros per adult, a child 6 years old - free of charge, and a child 12 years old - 50% of the cost from an adult. We got 110 euros per night. I don’t know why people paid more for it, but it was still not worth it.
Now about the hotel. The whole complex is new, very beautiful, the staff is helpful. The hall is somewhat reminiscent of Turkish 5-star hotels. The room is a bit narrow, between the bed and the bedside table on which there was a TV, you had to walk almost sideways. : standard European-style renovation. Going out onto the balcony, do not be too lazy to see if there are any air conditioners near you that are mounted outside (they will buzz around the clock). They cleaned the room and changed towels every day, and the bed after 3 days. The big problem of this hotel was the restaurant. that they forgot to design it, and then placed it in the basement. On the 8 floors of the hotel, the restaurant had about 10 large and 15 small tables! In the first days before dinner, I lost my temper, remembering how tables were to be occupied now. The human factor also played a big role : many times I noticed that people from Western Europe are more organized. Seeing the influx, they quickly ate and got up, and Russian speakers (no claims to nationality), seeing that people have nowhere sit down, eat a piece of cake or watermelon for 20 minutes! I specially noted the time several times for interest. But anyway, the main reason is the lack of thought of the hotel. My opinion about food was ambiguous. On the one hand, there were always 4 types of meat and side dishes, steamed and grilled vegetables for lunch. Salads, 2 types soups, cheeses, cold cuts, sweets, fruits. But I wouldn’t say that it’s especially tasty. There could be three types of hot out of four - chicken or lamb. Once it was hot from some pork waste. One day, fried eggplants are tasteless, on the second, the same dish - very tasty. Several times there were lunches and dinners - you will lick your fingers! Breakfasts were always the same: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs. Meat cuts, cheeses, butter. I’m not exaggerating) sausage, beans in sweet and sour sauce, several types of cereals, hot and cold milk, croutons, buns, pancakes, teas, coffee. with lunch products. But where is it not done?
It was possible after a preliminary reservation to go to three restaurants for free: Bulgarian, European and a grill bar. I liked the food everywhere, but the reservation itself was not thought out. It took place every day from 10 to 11 am. the fact that you sign up. There are also about 10 free bars on the territory where you can have a bite of hot dogs, pizza, pita bread, various types of pastries.
Another problem is the sunbeds on the beach. They are occupied from 6 in the morning. But after lunch, many sunbeds are occupied with towels, but people don’t come. The plus is that the beach is clean. In the evening, a special tractor drove, which cleaned the sand. Rescuers were on duty on the shore. There are also about 10 different pools on the territory, swim in whichever you want.

The territory is huge and very beautiful. The first days I had the impression that I was in a fairy tale, especially in the evening when everything is lit up. There is a lot of greenery, flowers, everything is well-groomed, it smells. There are enough entertainments, but most of them are paid and very expensive: bowling, slot machines, shooting range, riding in balloons in the pool... Big chess was free, a playground with swings and slides, animation, promenade walks (about 1 km long) which most people do every evening.
The water park brought special joy to the children. But if you compare it with the real one, then it can be called a mini water park. For the children there was a separate small pool with its own slides, but the water there was colder than in the adult pool, and these are children! Also there were already employees on some slides who regulated the interval between descents. But when you enter the tower to climb the slides, there was a very unpleasant smell. But in principle, these are all trifles, if they are not obsessed with.
In general, I liked the rest and the impressions were good. Only queues at tables and a problem with sunbeds on the beach left the sediment. But I repeat again that in my opinion, all this is not worth 100 or more euros per family per day.
