Good afternoon. First of all, we chose the Hotel-Apartments, because we wanted to be not tied up for meals in the hotel and for evening entertainment, which, for example, provides "al inclusive" In general, the impression is average. In general, the impression is average. First of all, I want to say that I spent a lot of holidays in Bulgaria, Elenite was chosen because they were not in this city. Plus, Nessebar is very close at any time you can go there for a walk or have fun. We got a room on the 4th floor. The elevator was Thank God) Not the sunny side (the air conditioner was), not noisy. Overlooking one of the pools. The room is cozy, of two rooms, in the first bedroom, in the other kitchen, washing machine, and a sofa bed (by the way, not very comfortable). Communicated with some of the tenants, in some rooms there were also dishwashers. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pots, pans, cutlery. There was even powder for the washing machine. Tumble dryer. Sets of blankets and pillows for everyone (we were 2 adults and 2 children of 3.5 years old). Plumbing is normal, a couple of times the boiler stopped heating water. At our request, all the problems were fixed.
There is a shop on the territory of the complex, but the prices there are not particularly cheap. A little further there is a super market where you can stock up if you wish. In the circle there are a lot of good cafes with varied and delicious dishes. The pools are cool enough, except for the smallest one, so there are always children) In all the rest it is pretty fresh. There are outdoor fitness equipment for sports lovers. The territory is protected. There is also parking (we traveled by car), but we didn’t have enough space, and we had to look for another one, next to our hotel.
Beach....from our hotel it is not....a small and narrow strip....so to speak, a beach) A little further there is a hotel
Zornitza Sands 5 * there are sun loungers and the beach is staffed. By the way, there is a doctor there. If anyone needs it, you can contact.
40% Russians living in the hotel, there are Moldavians, Romanians, Germans, British and Ukrainians.

I chose apartments without meals, I wanted to go to Elenite, because I was traveling with 2 children (6 and 1) and my grandmother, I didn’t want to experiment, but I had already been to Elenite. Actually, everything worked out, but I got the room on the 4th floor (the last one), there is no elevator, so I walked up the stairs with a child in my arms, it was hard. … More ▾ I chose apartments without meals, I wanted to go to Elenite, because I was traveling with 2 children (6 and 1) and my grandmother, I didn’t want to experiment, but I had already been to Elenite. Actually, everything worked out, but I got the room on the 4th floor (the last one), there is no elevator, so I walked up the stairs with a child in my arms, it was hard. They behaved strangely in the service company of Fort Knox itself. They gave me a guest card (these are magnetic cards that should open the gates when leaving the territory, in fact they are not needed, someone will open it if it slammed shut, otherwise everything is always open) for 20 leva, they had to return the money when leaving apartments. I went to take it in advance, they refused to return the money because there is no such price, the price should be 50 euros. I tell them, I'm not asking for 50 euros, give me my 20 leva, they make crazy eyes and don't give money, like come back later. If I had to leave on the same day, of course I wouldn’t make a fuss, 400 rubles. not a lot of money, just angry. The next day I brought them 2 children and said that I would not leave until the money was returned, since here is a card. The children began to run around, they rudely tried to put me out, well, I didn’t show up, and the money was returned to me. But then again they tried to take it away, deduct it from the deposit for the room, which I gave to the tour operator upon arrival. The office of the tour operator is located in the same complex, so they did not want to spoil relations with Fort Knox, but with all their desire they could not understand what Fort Knox had a claim against me. Deposit given. So well, her, this card, if you live there. Now about the apartments themselves. I had a 3-room suite, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. Well, the bedrooms are nothing like that, except for the sheets, which were not even tucked under the mattress, strictly enough to sew to the corners, and they lived. Linen was changed once a week, towels too, some nervous maids, you see, life is not sugar. They didn’t clean up very much, they would sweep the floor and wash it with a mop, which was in the apartment, that’s all. Yes, there were a lot of ants when they arrived, I asked what to do, they said they could poison it, but I have a one-year-old child, I was afraid. We were there for almost a month, at the end of the stay the ants almost disappeared, why I don’t know, maybe the neighbors stopped by (at first only ours was occupied on the floor of 4 apartments) and they became uncomfortable? There was a fold-out sofa in the kitchen, but I wouldn’t want to sleep on it, it’s not very comfortable. Of the accessories in the kitchen, everything is very minimal, the knives are blunt, it seems to be there, but it seems not. Take yours. There were spoons, forks, cups, platters, pots, there was no frying pan, there was no freezer in the refrigerator, but it’s like someone else, my girlfriend in the apartment (in the same complex, we went together) had a large refrigerator with a freezer and a washing machine, again, who cares. There is a shower in the bathroom, there are 2 bathrooms, in one the doors were closed, in the other they fell off, and because of a small child, I went to ask them to somehow repair it, as he leaned on them, almost bruised his head. They said that they can only remove them completely, since they don’t have a roller (or whatever) on which the doors ride, or use another one. Well, as a result, they removed the doors, and attached a curtain, there was no sense from it, everything poured onto the floor. So, in general, the situation is poor, but you can live, in general, I got what I expected. Yes, the sockets are all at such a level that it’s just convenient for kids to put their fingers in, I brought plugs from home, they were VERY useful. Surprisingly, there were a lot of hangers in the closet, the cabinets are large, all things fit comfortably. The territory of the complex is well-groomed, there are small playgrounds, 3 swimming pools: 1 for very young children, 1 for adults, and a river-pool with a ship in the middle. But the pool-river is too small, as if the water is not topped up. The complex stands on the beach, but there is NO beach! There are stones in the sea, and you have to walk either to the right or to the left, in principle, it is not difficult and not far at all, but the baby is again in his arms or with a stroller bypassing. I cooked myself, next to a supermarket and a store on the territory. Many said that the supermarket is expensive, let's say, the prices are Moscow or slightly lower. I have not been to other supermarkets in Bulgaria, there is nothing to compare with. What was not in the supermarket, you could buy on the territory of the complex in the store, the prices are slightly higher. We went for walks wherever we went and where the stroller passed. The territory of Victoria groups is closed, but we were let in, as it was not the season, the season starts from July 5th. But if they don’t let you in, you can always go through the upper gate, there are no guards there. I didn’t like the food in the cafe on the territory, because of the children they didn’t go anywhere else, I cooked it myself. There is Internet, Price for a month Wi-Fi jrjnj 2000 rubles. Also a strange story. Everything worked fine for me, Skype, mail, on-line TV, etc. , but my girlfriend suffered, and she needed him for work. Until she came to the management company and made a scandal, she constantly wrote that someone was already online with this password, I don’t know what it was, everything got better after the scandal, In general, I got what I expected, but again Something doesn't pull me to go here.
