I really liked everything about the hotel: the attitude of the staff, everyone is very friendly, it's great for children, there are discos with animators every day, a festival, and animators work with children all day on the beach, playing different games.

Ugly service

The staff is rude. There is dirt and rubbish everywhere around the hotel. The owner cannot manage her staff. I do not recommend visiting. Prices are too high, in Kranevo there are a lot of hotels with much better value for money

Great location

Transfer from Burgas airport to Kranevo and back to Burgas surprised me, as I was the only passenger in the minibus. We arrived with a breeze in 2-2.5 hours, which went unnoticed, as the views of the mountains and the sea outside the window attracted the eye.

Disgusting hotel/hospital

1) Dining and catering: Melanin and poorly washed dishes, hopelessly smells like bleach. The food is dietary but delicious. Because of the heat, sometimes there was bread with mold and apricots, a cutlet with a fly, But everything was quickly replaced.
