Upholstered furniture of beautiful design, but dirty and shabby - disgusting to sit down. On 12 floors with 20 rooms there are only 3 small elevators, on the first floor there is always a queue. Every day someone gets stuck in an elevator. Our room was standard with a balcony. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs. You can not sit on the chairs - they are broken. There are only curtains on the windows that hang on snot, there is no tulle. There is dirty carpet on the floor in the room. The mattresses on the beds are orthopedic, and the bed, like in a Soviet train, is old, washed out with short sheets that are wrapped all the time. There is always a hum in the room, like an airplane taking off. It's probably the ventilation system. If the TV is on, you hear less. There is a bathroom, but you can’t take a bath - there is no cork, you can take a shower, but don’t touch the curtain - it falls. It stinks of sewage, not only in the bathroom, but in the whole room. Our room was never cleaned, only trash was taken out. . Restaurant - there is food, you can eat. Chairs are shabby. The queue for - a cup, then for tea. The plates are chipped, you need to ask the waiter for disposable napkins, there are not enough cutlery regularly. Tablecloths lie without changing the entire lunch or breakfast or dinner. If the dinner time lasts from 17.30 to 21.00, then 3 families take turns eating at the same table, that is, on the same tablecloth. It's disgusting. I have been to different hotels - 5 *, 4 *, 3 *, but I have never met such hatatism and neglect. We are at the station to be more pleasant than in this hotel. However, at least the ics tour operator did a good job. There are no complaints about him.
