This year we decided (we were 4 adults and 1 child) to go to Bulgaria for the first time. We chose a holiday in Sunny Beach. Terribly disappointed with the hotel. On the photos on the Internet and visually in front of you, the hotel looks very prestigious, one of the most beautiful on the coast. But this is only the appearance. The staff is rude, the dining room is very small, all the time there were not enough places for such a large number of vacationers, you had to queue in front of the restaurant, especially during dinner. The dishes were chipped, dirty, and even lacked them all the time. The staff in the restaurant is dirty, they carry dirty dishes in their hands, not on trays. And tablecloths are generally a nightmare (there is not something that is disgusting, unbearable, to the point of vomiting). On the third day of rest, we argued with the manager that in the end there would be clean tablecloths in the restaurant, we were heard, but the replacement of tablecloths was enough for exactly 3 days, and then all over again. The food is disgusting, every day the same thing (our Rolton - custard potatoes is a delicacy, compared to the potatoes they cooked) The menu is absolutely not for Russian tourists. , but Germans are very fond of here. And the German youth organized orgies by the pool every night (songs and op) In general, EVERYONE DOES NOT RECOMMEND EVERYONE to go to rest in this hotel, it sucks. It's a pity the money wasted.
