This summer, our whole family of 10 people rested in Bulgaria on Sunny Beach at the Arcadia-Chaika hotel. The Chaika hotel complex is huge, has several buildings and 2 swimming pools. Although the hotel has a 4 * plus, nevertheless, the service in it wants to leave a lot of the best. Rooms are cleaned with delays, towels and bed linen are not changed until requested. Almost all rooms have some kind of problem with the shower, taps and toilet. As for the food, it is very average monotonous and not very tasty. It is worth being a few minutes late to the dining room and you cannot find a clean table, there are not enough plates, cutlery, napkins. Juices and drinks are provided only for an additional fee. We felt the shortage everywhere, for example, sunbeds by the pool and they had to be captured from the very early morning, otherwise you would not have got anything. Sunbeds on the beach by the sea were also paid, and cost 3.5 euros for a sunbed and 5 euros for an umbrella. All services, including those in shops and restaurants, are quite expensive, and you have to be constantly on the alert so that you, as tourists, are not scammed. Everything else was perfect - the sea, the sand, the seagulls, the weather.
