We have been vacationing in Bulgaria for several years and we really like both the vacation itself and the Bulgarians themselves - they are very welcoming and friendly, but...... with the fact that we encountered at the Kotva hotel, our opinion changed (but only for this hotel and its "owner" ) Bad service, bad food in the restaurant, the staff in general, as if they just went out for a walk, they are rude, not attentive, they don’t respond to requests and comments... After 23.00 everything dies out, everyone goes to bed, there’s nowhere to even sit in the evening - just a military unit or prison (there were no other words). . . and it's all ruled by a rude and very aggressive "owner" with his muzzles, with some kind of disobedience, they can knock out their teeth. . Dear lovers of holidays in Bulgaria, we strongly do not recommend this hotel! Take care of your nerves and health - rest somewhere else!! !
