the hotel may correspond to the level of two stars, but for the first time I come across paid air conditioning, and the fee, for a minute, is 12 lev per day, that is, about 6 euros. multiply by the number of days, then I would like to ask the question: why deceive people in this way, if it is easier to pay extra and get a package of necessary services in a hotel of a higher standard.
I must admit that they didn’t take money from me for the TV, but the price list shows the price of 3 leva per day, which is also not nonsense.
For the Internet I paid 21 lev for 7 days, the rest I will pay 5 lev per day.

Another notable minus of this hotel is the pool. This is the worst swimming pool of all that are located in close proximity to the hotel. Yes, it seems to me that in general the most terrible in all of Sunny Beach. Small, above the road, not from the side of the patio. By the way, there is no patio as such. The pool is just at the entrance to the hotel. Tiny. During the day there are not enough sunbeds, you have to watch the child from the balcony. Fortunately, she is already quite old, but it looks comical when you have to constantly shout something from the balcony to the child, because there is no way to sit near the pool.
Food. The food is not haute cuisine. As in the Soviet canteen. If someone is coming here, don't take dinner. Dinner is not worth it. We paid extra about 100 euros for dinner for 11 days. These hundred euros are much more pleasant to eat in a restaurant or just have a sandwich, and in the afternoon you can have a good lunch in a decent establishment. I could not eat half of what was offered for dinner. Breakfast is more or less: muesli, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, sausage, vegetables, some fruit. Basically, not bad. This is the only thing NOT BAD about this hotel. The rest is HORRIBLE.
For example, bed linen - in holes, do not change, as well as towels. A rotten door to the toilet, which is also a shower, without partitions or at least an elementary curtain. Accordingly, constant moisture, due to which the door rots. It is easy to guess what such mold can lead to. Mold was present in two rooms that I had to visit. In the first, the entire door was completely rotten and I demanded to be evicted from there, in the second, the door was slightly rotten. I did not try to improve my living conditions anymore.
This unfortunate pool, by the way, they work right up to 18.00. Not until 20.00 and not until 22.00 as usual, but until 18.00. And no swimming after dinner. It is forbidden
After I demanded to provide me with air conditioning at no extra charge, because firstly I paid for a room with air conditioning, well, or so they promised me at the agency, and secondly, I think that a standard room is IMPROVED even in two stars suggests the presence of air conditioning, and if not, then the hotel is obliged to warn about the cost of the surcharge! , my requirement was not satisfied, the complaint book was not provided, the owners, as they introduced themselves, did not want to meet me, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
