Nymph-Mermaid is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach in close proximity to the ancient town of Nessebar. A good option for a budget holiday. Built in 1973. The last restoration was carried out in 2010. The hotel consists of one 7-storey building. A good option for a budget holiday. Suitable for economical accommodation of active people who spend a minimum of time in the hotel. The hotel also accepts children's and youth groups.More →

In the toilet, the neighbors flush the water very loudly from above.
Very poor noise isolation, neighbors can be heard talking and coughing, horror.
There is no partition or curtain in the shower room, water flows throughout the room, through the door, which has already bloomed.
Air conditioning and internet for a fee (even at the reception)
Stuck in the elevator, the door opens once in a while.
The hotel is terrible.
I wouldn't even go for free anymore. Not rest, but horror. I didn't know it could be like that.
This is all on the first day.
The shower (toilet) constantly stinks.
All the clothes stank of mold.
Wild guests of the hotel swam and screamed in the pool at night (did not let them sleep), no one made any remarks to them.
Hair dryer is paid.
The hotel's employees have been asked to do everything.
If you want to spoil your vacation, go there (((

A good rooming house for people who spent the night and went about their business. They also feed in the morning). The room has a small refrigerator and an old TV, we did not turn on the TV. It’s not far to go to the sea, well, 100 meters along a wooden hinged path, a huge plus that you don’t have to cross any roads and you can go out at 5-6 in the morning or at night to swim, walk along the beach.
The beaches alternate: just places with sand as you like and paid sun loungers. Everyone smokes on the beaches, gobies immediately throw it, it’s very disgusting to inhale smoke instead of sea air. In the mornings, he drives a tractor to clean it.
Near the whole infrastructure is, kiosks, shops, supermarkets.
The neighboring restaurant "Dolphin" in the courtyard is very, very good, mussels-salad 5.9 leva and beer 3.5 soulful), pizza is delicious too.
Now the disadvantages of the hotel: Wi-Fi is only paid and very expensive, cheaper roaming or buy a local phone card. And that wi-fi was always buggy, it was necessary to reconnect often, it infuriates! For a week the linen was never changed, the towels seemed to be changed once. The shower worked and it was already good, but the watering can was covered with scale and the water flowed like from a regular tap, but it was always hot).
For breakfast, there were disgusting sausages like tyrsa, vegetables, well, cucumbers, tomatoes, and another couple of peppercorns for the whole hotel, there were fruits, but not so much and if you have time. The scrambled eggs are delicious, the cheese has always been salty, some sweets were delicious. Milk and breakfast cereals, coffee and tea were always in normal quantities.
The door to the room jammed, it was necessary to especially pull, but we, people hardened in the USSR by dispensaries like "Dzherelo" or "Seagull", will not be embarrassed), so for 2 * everything is fine, and 7 out of 10 for paid Wi-Fi, it's a shame because even stinky cafes give it away for nothing.

Those who had dinners (there are no dinners at the hotel, only at the bar for money) said that it was delicious. Hot water around the clock. the view from the balcony is normal and in one direction (on the city) and in the other (hotels and the sea). We took clothespins with us just in case and they were useful so that the laundry did not fly away. To the sea 5-7 min. Internet is paid at the hotel and free at sea near the club. The beach is SUPER!! ! clean, sand. Entrance is great! Sun loungers and umbrellas are paid at the sea. The hotel pool is small, but clean, everything is fine. The city center is a big plus: supermarkets, a water park, a sightseeing train, a large park, pharmacies, various cafes, restaurants, shops with clothes, souvenirs - it's all around. The beauty! ! everything is green! ! Super! Food in supermarkets is normal: we bought kefir, hard cheese, bread (delicious, by the way), ice cream. The place is great!! !

Pros: - Close to the beach - Panoramic windows (although they are everywhere in Bulgaria) Minuses: -Older women at the reception. Talk to the younger generation like teachers - Cleaners disconnect devices from charging when they vacuum the room and do not plug them back in - No hair dryer - Paid iron - Paid and very expensive Wi-Fi. … More ▾ Pros:
- Close to the beach
- Panoramic windows (although they are everywhere in Bulgaria)
Minuses:
-Older women at the reception. Talk to the younger generation like teachers
- Cleaners disconnect devices from charging when they vacuum the room and do not plug them back in
- No hair dryer
- Paid iron
- Paid and very expensive Wi-Fi. The passcode only works on one device. The staff does not report this. The internet itself is very slow.
- Terrible elevator. Regularly we had the following situation. You call the elevator from the sixth floor. The elevator itself is also on the sixth. Instead of opening, the elevator leaves for the first floor, then both elevators from the first floor go to the sixth floor and one of them opens.
- The pool is open at inconvenient hours (until 18:00). At this time, people are clearly not in the hotel.
- There are only two sockets in the room.
- The cleaners brazenly break into the room. They knock and enter immediately. You can't respond to knocking. When you ask them to come later, they come in 5 minutes.
- The smoking room for staff is located in such a way that all the smoke from cigarettes goes to the guest rooms. The room stank of smoke through and through. When we asked them to stop smoking they refused. They agreed only to open their window and close their door, but this did not save the situation. The smell didn't go away.
- Rooms of hotels, the windows of which are located on the corner, are very well viewed from the balcony, which is a corridor to other rooms. In other words, people coming from other rooms can perfectly see what is happening in such rooms. They can see what they have, what is valuable inside. The only way to live safely in such a room, if you get there, is to constantly curtain it. I absolutely do not want to sit in the room, always hiding behind the curtains, given the weather and the beautiful view from the panoramic windows.
Breakfast is normal, sometimes worse, sometimes better. I will not attribute it to pluses or minuses.

Just returned. We always took triples, this year we tried a deuce - we won’t do it again) because with different surcharges for finances, that’s what it comes out to, and the negative comes as a bonus. The main thing right away: tour operators often write that the hotel consists of 4 buildings and give out a bunch of photos - this is not so, the Nymph-mermaid is one building, and next to it there are three other hotels of similar color - Actinia, Dolphin and in appearance they are much more attractive. … More ▾ Just returned. The main thing right away: tour operators often write that the hotel consists of 4 buildings and give out a bunch of photos - this is not so, the Nymph-mermaid is one building, and next to it there are three other hotels of similar color - Actinia, Dolphin and in appearance they are much more attractive. For example, Dolphin only goes to the sea and has a bigger pool
Mermaid Nymph Pros:
-10 minutes from the beach
- location near shops, pharmacies, cafes
- quick check-in (did not have to wait for the designated 14 hours)
- not monotonous dinners
-hot water, electricity - all without interruption
- cleaning is available, towels changed once a week
Minuses:
- Standard rooms without air conditioning! For 4 leva per day per person, you can be moved to the same tiny room, but with air conditioning, which we did
-Paid Wi-Fi (18 lev for 5 days - it's cheaper to immediately buy a SIM card with 6 GB for 10 lev)
- The hotel faces two roads, where people, cars, horses, seagulls are insanely noisy
-The rooms are very small, a lot of things are broken - there were no hooks for towels in ours, we had to beg for a rope to the balcony to dry clothes
- Food in the dining room sells out in the first hour - if you don't come to the opening, you can stay with only vegetables for dinner
- There are only two glasses in the rooms. There are no other dishes and a kettle in the hotel. they bought drinking water, begged for boiling water at the bar
- The beach in front of the hotel is overloaded, mostly by Bulgarians with children (it's normal to lie on your head, drink beer, smoke), it's only comfortable early in the morning and in the evening.
- the pool is not cleaned, dirty sunbeds

Check-out at 12.00, but we were allowed as much as we needed while waiting for the transfer, so we still swam in the sea until the evening! I recommend it to everyone as a budget option. The only minus is the Internet is paid. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Good day to all! In "hot pursuit" I am writing a review about the hotel, which I had the "happiness" to visit from 07/27/2017 to 08/06/2017. I must say right away that I have been traveling for 10 years, I am a positive, adaptable person, I have been in different hotels and in different conditions. But this hotel was very disappointing. Of course, it is quite logical that you should not expect fireworks from a 2-star hotel. Friends, I express my point of view and write as it is, and the decision is yours - to choose this hotel or not. But this is your and only your responsibility and your rest. So let's go. . .
1. Day of arrival. Settlement. A room with a cracked sink, a torn off wardrobe handle, a torn hook in the bathroom, a cracked sink, peeled handles. The NEIGHBORS air conditioner is so noisy that the wall vibrates and the vibration is transmitted to the bed (sounds funny, but it's really true). The reception refused to change the room to another, referring to the lack of available rooms.
I could not hang clothes on hangers in the closet, because the hanger LENGTH simply does not fit there !!! ! There are no shelves in the closet.
The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The remote control for the air conditioner must be taken at the reception.
There is an elevator that takes you up to the 6th floor. At 7 you need to climb the stairs.
There is a currency exchange, everything is fine, no commission.
The staff is polite, at the reception there are middle-aged women, such aunts, there are no young people.
2. Location of the hotel. Everyone praises that it is close to the sea. In principle, yes, but this is overshadowed by the fact that the windows of the Nymph overlook a busy highway, noise exhausts, as well as parties downstairs near the pool and in the bar. If you are going on vacation in order to sleep and relax, you will not be able to do this, VERY NOISY. Nearby (5-10 min. walk) supermarket ALDO. Half an hour walk to Nessebar. But I would not be attached to the proximity of Nessebar. Choose comfort for yourself first of all, you can get to any point on the coast by bus for 1.30 lev. The hotel is your second home on vacation, even if you spend a minimum of time in it. My IMHO, on vacation, absolutely EVERYTHING should please your eye.
3. Nutrition. Took breakfast. Buffet. On the menu: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, porridge or pasta, corn flakes, milk, sliced u200bu200b(regular cheese, salted cheese, sausage), olives, tomato vegetables, cucumber, sweet pepper, fruits - peaches, apricots-plums, butter (spread) , jam, bread, tea and coffee powder, fruit drinks. Delicious buns and croissant stuffed (vanilla or chocolate). Hearty breakfast.
4. Cleaning - change towels every 5 days, do not vacuum, take out the trash once a day and put a roll of toilet paper. For several days in a row, they didn’t even clean it at all, but hung a trash bag with a roll of toilet paper inside on the doorknob : )))
5. The beach is sandy, clean, there is a paid zone (umbrella 8 lev. and sunbed 8 lev. ) and a free zone. The coast is shallow, it takes a long time to go to the depth. And another observation, due to the fact that the beach is located almost at the end of the coast, it is closer to the open sea, there is often wind and waves here. I went on a windy day for the sake of interest to the beginning of the coast (the area of u200bu200bthe Condor, Slavyansky hotels) - the wave is many times smaller there, or even not at all, because the location is like in a "bay".
Conclusion-the hotel is suitable for those who spend MINIMUM time in the room, for whom comfort is not important at all (although, believe me, is it really nice for your own money to look at a tumbledown - a broken sink, torn handles). I can't call this hotel comfortable. Very hard ECONOMY. (although the tour operator took a fairly decent amount for this hotel - a double cheat).
Friends, thanks for reading. Good luck choosing a hotel and a comfortable stay! : )

The bed linen is clean, but so ancient that there were holes in some places. The Internet turned out to be paid !!!! ! , but even for money I barely caught it, sometimes I had to go down. Of the pluses - a huge, almost the entire wall, sliding window, a balcony with two soft chairs fenced off from others by brick walls (the neighbors don’t see you, you don’t see them either). It’s 5 minutes to the sea, but the busy road right under the windows is noisy.

We chose it based on good reviews, it's not true. The rooms are not cleaned, and after your departure, too. The linen is gray and worn. Towels are not changed. The rooms are noisy and dusty. One plus is the sea is close and the beach is clean, but this is no longer the merit of the hotel.

Good afternoon everyone! rested from 03.08. 14-17.08. 14 we knew where we were going))) the hotel is an economy option, but an excellent option for inexpensive housing on the 1st line from the sea (300m) and for those who do not sit in the room without getting out. The rooms are so-so: (wardrobe, small refrigerator, table, bedside tables, beds with normal mattresses (linen in a hole))), shower without a curtain, a balcony with 2 chairs, chairs, they took a rope for drying clothes with them, it came in handy). … More ▾ Good afternoon everyone! rested from 03.08. 14-17.08. 14 we knew where we were going))) the hotel is an economy option, but an excellent option for inexpensive housing on the 1st line from the sea (300m) and for those who do not sit in the room without getting out. The rooms are so-so: (wardrobe, small refrigerator, table, bedside tables, beds with normal mattresses (linen in a hole))), shower without a curtain, a balcony with 2 chairs, chairs, they took a rope for drying clothes with them, it came in handy). At night, with the balcony open, it was difficult to fall asleep - the noise from the road (by the way, all the windows of the hotel overlook the road and the pool), as well as screams, fights, and showdowns almost every night near the pool. The elevator in the hotel is unpredictable - I want to open the doors, I want not)))
The location of the hotel is excellent: the sea is nearby, 5 minutes along a wooden path, and if you walk along the bank to the right, min. 20 - old Nessebar, another min. 10 - Ravda from the hotel towards the center of Sunny Beach (where all the fun is located) 15 min. leisurely. .
Excursion advice - do not buy from your coordinator - it will cost you 2 times more, walk to the center, there are excursion offices and compare prices - you will be pleasantly surprised))))
We went to Sozopol - almost the same as Nessebar, so don’t waste time, we visited the MOL shopping center in Burgas (since the euro exchange rate against the hryvnia has changed, it has become unprofitable to buy in Bulgaria, in Kyiv it’s the same, but cheaper). Burgas itself looks like Troyeschina))))
And I advise an excursion to Istanbul for 2 days (132 leva) 6 hours drive (at 6.15 in the morning we left at 12.0 in the afternoon in Istanbul). We lived in the center of the old city, fed normally, all the sights are nearby. If they offer a boat ride on the Bosphorus with a group, do not agree - 23 euros, but the captains themselves offer this pleasure for 2 hours on the embankment for 10 lire - 60 UAH. (the difference is obvious))))) to the bazaar from the hotel 2 tram stops - they themselves are quite)))) (tram 4 lira). Visit Top-kape (Roksolana's home) from a Turkish guide, you can buy tickets even for levs (22 levs) and by 8.45 in the morning come up as a little later there is a huge line at the entrance even with tickets, you can stand for 2 hours. It’s very beautiful there, we pay the entrance to the harem separately (15 lire), but it’s worth a look.
On the streets, try not to talk to anyone, all sorts of maniacs cling in the truest sense of the word...
