Up to 200 UAH was stolen from a companion from a bag, 1000 UAH from a suitcase closed with a combination lock, and a set of inexpensive jewelry from a bedside table (well, this is generally ridiculous). Euros were not found) The lock was not broken into the room or into the suitcase, professionals)) The staff is extremely polite and helpful, as long as you have no complaints. To our story, the answer was that we forgot where we hid the money, or stole from each other, and that this is generally impossible. The head of the group immediately said that it makes no sense to go to the police, but you always hope for justice. And where to go? To whom, if no one responds? There is a queue of such tourists in the police))) I advise you to take a walk to the station during the season to make sure. There were thefts and bigger ones, but the hotels reacted. The policeman understands you, but an interpreter is needed for the protocol! They provide an interpreter who speaks German, English. On the day of the appeal, a translator from German worked. We were given the telephone number of an interpreter from Russian, he did not pick up the phone. The next day he received an interpreter from English, we again went with the leader. After waiting an hour of precious time on vacation, we realized that it was useless. So remember to be very vigilant, because no one will help you. We at the reception asked to change the lock for us, the answer was that there is no need, theft and strangers in our room are fantasies.
I went from the Accord Tour operator, and I was very surprised by the inaction of the hotel administration, since Accord concludes a contract with them for a long time, and such a case is indicative. And the representatives of Accord did not show much zeal in solving our problems!

At the beginning of August, there were attempts to enter the room by two men, but when, when they tried to open the door, the owners opened it from the inside, the men replied that they had the wrong number and left. Weird. There were no warnings from the sending company about this.
Tip for vacationers - don't leave ANY money in the room. Carry with you, hide in unpredictable places. You can hand it over to the safe, but keep in mind that the inventory is not made there. Don't bring jewelry or anything that you hold dear, and you'll be upset if you lose it. On the beach, the bag must be supervised!
And if we discard this fact, then the hotel is located very well, 5 minutes from the sea, closer to the sea it is noisy. The rooms are spacious. We, instead of a standard room, were put in apartments, there are several Russian-language channels.
The food is monotonous, but it was delicious. There are many fruits: watermelon, plums, oranges, bananas, grapes. Sweet is not so hot, but always was. Every day there was chicken, rice, french fries, pasta, 2 times - fish, potato pancakes. Cheese, sausage, muesli, tea, coffee - only in the morning, they have problems with boiling water, you have to wait until it warms up.
The beach is sandy, shallow, there is a place for those who want to sunbathe on towels, but it's crowded. Chaise lounge + umbrella 80 UAH (approx. 320 rubles). Next stop. We went to Nessebar - 1 lev (5 UAH), 20 minutes drive, and to St. Vlas, 1.2 lev, also 20 minutes, but in the other direction. I recommend! There you can try fish in a cafe overlooking the sea.
