All pastries from stores, wine or beer were given one glass for dinner, juice - “powdered”, barely warm water was taken from the cooler for tea (if you asked the bartender for boiling water, he didn’t understand us : ). Breakfast consisted of the same dishes all 8 days: eggs, sausage, bread, vegetables, fruits, muesli, beans. Dinner - better, the dishes changed, but I can not say that it is very diverse. We arrived at the hotel, settled us immediately (we arrived at 15.20), on the third floor. They helped carry the luggage (I traveled alone with two children 9 and 2 years old), went into the room, we look at it as a two-room suite (a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette), and we originally booked a regular standard room. I asked if they had the wrong number? They answered me: - Something does not suit you? I say: - no, everything suits me.
Light, water, shower, air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, door locks - everything worked!
About the hotel:
The hotel is quiet, in a quiet place, of an average level, I would give 3 *, the territory is small, the main part is occupied by a swimming pool, surrounded by a green fence. The reception is always polite, helpful and friendly staff, contacted due to a breakdown of the faucet in the bathroom, so the master came in 5 minutes. Cleaned in quality is average, but regularly, every other day. Linen and towels were changed every week. The furniture, in my opinion, is old, all shabby, there are smudges on the ceiling in the bathroom, mold from the water, the shower splashed in different directions, in the bedroom the double bed consists of 2 mattresses, which lie on another mattress with legs to be higher, this the structure tended to move apart, so from time to time they had to be moved towards each other, the live socket was torn out of the wall and dangled, and I have a small child (well, we got out of the situation, pulled the lamp out of the socket and pushed the socket with a nightstand! ) - Nothing is impossible for a person with intelligence : -))
In the living room there is a folding sofa, a TV set and a kitchen unit (from dishes: a coffee maker, a ladle, 4 plates, 2 pots, 4 glasses, knives, forks and spoons) with a small refrigerator. HUGE BALCONY with plastic furniture - stretching into 2 rooms at once, with two exits from the bedroom and living room!! ! In general, flaws can be found everywhere and always, but everything suited me.
The pool is large and beautiful, but very cool, from morning until 16 o'clock it was under the sun, from which it heated up a little, the children's pool is in the shade throughout the day, so it is constantly cold! Children in 2 minutes from there all the blue ones jumped out. From the playground, only a swing, next to the pool. Free children rolled on the water in a ball!
The dining room is very small, some of the tables in the hall, and some on the street. Breakfast started at 8 am, so all the tables on the street were already occupied, so in order to get a good place, you had to go down about 20 minutes before the opening of the dining room. For 21 days, the breakfast menu (we only had breakfast) did not change!
Menu:
coffee, tea, water from instant bags (like zuko or yuppie horror), muesli, chocolate balls and cereals, tomatoes and cucumbers, fried bacon, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages (terrible, impossible to eat), beans, cheese , sausage 3 types (all terrible), fruits alternated: watermelon, apricots, nectarine, plums, grapes, sweet croissants, small cakes, jam. In my opinion, the menu is very meager, we were in 2010 at the Marvel 4 * hotel, so there is a MUCH more assortment of food !!!
On the last day, the coffee machine broke down and everyone was left without coffee! And the heater broke in the water cooler, so everyone was left without boiling water, drinking cold tea : -)

Bulgarians - really liked, well-mannered and cultured people, without imposition and sycophancy. Bulgaria is a beautiful, inexpensive country. Cons can always be found, but on vacation it's superfluous.
The resort is recommended to everyone. The hotel could be better, but this one didn't disappoint.

Rested in August last year. The hotel is good, meets the stated 4 *. Arrived at 6 am, settled only at 14:00. When asked why it is impossible to settle earlier, in response to the reception, the answer was that they do not settle before 14:00. I understand that this is a principled position and no amount of persuasion will help here.

The room was ordered by Standard, really European level, only here in the room instead of a shower cabin there was a shower behind a curtain, but it was not important. Meals Breakfast/dinner, varied. Several times I was in local restaurants, also at a high level. Rested very well!
