We are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is good, but there are a lot of cons. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the male part of the staff. Lazy people pretend that they do not understand you, although they tried to speak with them in Russian, English, French, Spanish. Only Bulgarian. Especially arrogant bartenders in the lobby bar.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is good, but there are a lot of cons. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the male part of the staff. Lazy people pretend that they do not understand you, although they tried to speak with them in Russian, English, French, Spanish. Only Bulgarian. Especially arrogant bartenders in the lobby bar. The word espresso is not clear to them. On the beach there is a hotel area with sun loungers and umbrellas for hotel guests. But before you have time to go to the bar for 5 minutes, the Romanians will drop your towels and take your sun loungers. Beach workers on the side of the Romanians. Almost every day on the beach there are fights for sun loungers. Hotel employees, including hotel security, do not interfere.
Most of the Romanians are on the beach. It seems that they are born with cigarettes. They smoke one after another. Above the beach, tobacco smoke is a cloud in which children play. There is no separation of the beach into an area for smokers and non-smokers. Sand half mixed with triggers. The beach is not cleaned. The beach workers walk on the trash and don't pick it up. Tourists from France and other civilized Europe collect garbage and throw it into the trash. Hotels in Turkey and Egypt are much better for a beach holiday. I don't want to come back to this hotel.

I probably chose this hotel by the picture, by its scale and volume. It seemed to me that this hotel is comfortable, incl. by its location, where to go and what to see. Check-in went as usual, settled immediately, gave the keys without any problems. The room was arranged, everything is fine. On a 10-point scale, the food was 4, in September the hotel was closing, so something old was warmed up, the menu was not varied at the end of the holiday.

On a 10-point scale, the food was 4, in September the hotel was closing, so something old was warmed up, the menu was not varied at the end of the holiday. The beach was fine. The hotel is located on the border, between St. Vlas and Sunny Beach, we knew this, we specially chose this option so that it would be convenient to travel.
