Therefore, when I arrived home, I decided to write a review about the hotel and about Bulgaria in general. This is not my first time in Bulgaria and I decided to go to Sunny Beach again with my children. The hotel was recommended by my sister who was in 2010 and was absolutely delighted. When we arrived early in the morning at 8.00 at the hotel, of course, no one settled us, although the rooms were free. On June 13, there were very few people in the hotel. Check-in at them from 14.00 (people are evicted at 12.00). We hung around the hotel for a very long time, then sat in the lobby. I'm already giving numbers to others, I understood by what principle $. I came up at 12.00 put 10 euros in my passport and said: “Maybe we can be settled? ”, and in response to me: “ You are lucky, the room is free! ". Was the woman turned down in front of me? . The room was good on the 9th floor overlooking the pool, even the sea was barely visible and Nessebar. We are happy with the number. The beds are very comfortable and large.
For the child there was a folding sofa, which was originally broken (we laid it out, saw that the problem was and called the master). The air conditioning did not work, but during our stay it was irrelevant, but we heard that for many it did not work, I think this will be a problem in the season. Towels should be given a special place. Before arriving, I knew about the situation that they could be stolen, but I was surprised that this was actually the case. A couple of days later, we lost one towel (they pretended not to report). I calmly took the cleaner from the gurney and put it in the bath. Before leaving everything was ok. In the morning we go to have breakfast on the day of departure and inform the cleaning lady that we are moving out and there is no need to clean. I counted the towels, there were 3 large + 3 small + 1 (called Planeta) on the floor. We arrive one little one is missing. I thought it was a joke and started looking for it. As a result, I had to sweat to get it back into place again.

When I said that you can take the number, she was surprised and said that everything was fine. How does she know what is and what is not. I certainly got on my nerves when I left. Meals: 2nd floor - restaurant. Breakfast from 7.30-10.00, lunch 12.00-14.30, afternoon tea 16.00-17.00, dinner 18.00-21.00. Every day is the same. Half of it is impossible to eat. The children ate only french fries and pizza, which was plentiful and without a queue, everything else was hard to get, especially nectarines - they just give them out like gold bars! Soups cannot be given to children, they are sour. In the morning tea, coffee from vending machines and diluted juices. In the afternoon: beer, Bulgarian wine. White and red, Pepsi and other drinks. In the evening: + alcoholic spirits. At this time by the pool (or if the weather is bad in the hall for animation) until 23.00 alcoholic drinks all the time. In addition, in the dining room, food was from lunch to dinner, vegetables from breakfast to lunch, etc. In the last 5 days, we went to the Mandarin restaurant for lunch and dinner.
When they saw our bracelets, they said that many from Planeta come to us because the food is bad there. We are not picky, but the smell of the 2nd floor began to make us sick. Pool: The water in it was very cold, as it was constantly supplied. There is an indoor swimming pool in the building which has a jacuzzi with permanently dirty water. It's scary to sit there. Gym: I do not advise, there are all old and broken simulators. Bar in the foyer: the waiters are just liars. If you don't ask for change, no one will give it back. I ordered a mojito for 5 lev, after 10 minutes, when I had already drunk, I ask where is my change. He pretended to forget and gave it to me, gritting his teeth. The view of the bartenders themselves is prideohi. Although earlier my sister said that there were crowds of people and the bartenders were nice. Internet: worked only in the morning and evening with interruptions. But after the repair everything seems to be ok. Now only normal bartenders were in the free bar. Catches only in the hall at the bottom of the hotel. Promised in the rooms, but it was not.
Animation: the only plus is good animation for children and for drunk parents too. A very nice girl who is in charge of all activities. Pilates for women, dances, competitions and various games for children. They are fine with this.
Elevators: 3 elevators that constantly break down and stop at every floor. The first days were fine, but when a lot of people moved into the hotel, we walked from the 9th floor.
Location: very close to the sea, 5 minutes walk, close to the amusement park, close to many shops and cafes. There is a good store where you can buy everything cheaper.
In general, about the state of calving: it looks rich, but in real life, everything is not so. They were clearly not prepared for the season: the railing to the stairs was broken in the indoor pool, children's sofas in the rooms, etc.

I would like to pay special attention to the hotel management about how they showed themselves during the fire that was in the block room (4th floor above the indoor pool)!! ! Around 15.00 in the afternoon, when all normal people were resting, a fire broke out in the room. When I looked out the window and saw the smoke that was coming from the closed balcony, I immediately called the reception and they reassured me that everyone was aware, they called firefighters. We watched the situation: the fire broke out, the glass exploded and the fire began to capture the upper floors. At this time, cocktails were ordered in a bar on the street and people were swimming in the pool. We realized that no one was going to put out the fire and started collecting money and documents, took some things and went out into the corridor, where the staff did not know about the situation at all. The fire detectors weren't working and people didn't know what was going on. Like idiots, we got into the staff elevator along with the cleaners and drove down.
On the way, the elevator stopped on the 7th floor, where black smoke was already in our flight. We were shocked. Since we were separated from the fire by 2 spans. So quickly went the smoke throughout the building. It took a long time before people were explained what was happening and what to do next. There was total panic and chaos. Who went out, who stayed in the rooms. Those who lived in that block said that there was black smoke and they left the rooms with their children, they were woken up by neighbors. As a result, the owner went out to the people and said that some tenant smoked and set fire to the room (we didn’t even know if there were any victims), it was difficult to get to the hotel, there was no way for the fire truck to get there. He also added that this number or block is private and they are not responsible. They started asking him questions, he freaked out and left. He said that they say go eat and everything will be fine. Everyone went to the dining room for dinner. I sent my children there, and I myself went to see our number.
When I walked up the stairs to the 8th floor, there was burning on the floor everywhere, it was hard to breathe. Then they weathered this smoke for a long time. Imagine what was in that block? .
Beach: paid, umbrella 8 lev, sun lounger 8 years. The course is 1 euro = 1.91 lev, 1 dollar. = 1.4 lev.
In general, about the rest: Bulgaria, although the European Union, but it has long been stuck in development. Prices are crazy for everything! I decided for myself that I would never go there again. Compared to Greece, it's 2 times cheaper, but it's better to go to Spain or Italy, rent an apartment and get the full buzz from your vacation than no vacation in Bulgaria.
