Let's start with the fact that I chose this hotel because I had a rest in it before and decided not to risk it, and this was my fatal mistake. . . I'll start with the settlement - they arrived on time, they settled in two hours, they said that the room was not ready, they DO NOT let them in for lunch! The room was at first glance the norm, but they didn’t clean it in the corners, the tiles fell, the wash didn’t work, the furniture fell, there weren’t even glasses. the service is terrible! the room was not cleaned, not vacuumed until we complained. for 7 nights linen was NEVER changed. shampoo and soap only upon arrival. at least the towels were changed. . . thank them for this. . . the most interesting is the kitchen. the food is monotonous and of poor quality! during our vacation there were many poisonings, and scandals in the restaurant, on this modest occasion. dishes are dirty and almost always wet. waiters look like homeless people. Of the pluses, fresh and different fruits and ice cream. beer sucks, coffee too. the water in the coolers is dirty, there was sediment in the glass. cola, sprite.... etc. - a pathetic parody of drinks. against the backdrop of a large selection of food and water, there was really nothing to choose from. By the way, the restaurant is also dirty. It seems to me that the leftover food was processed and then served again with gravy and spices. . . I was not allowed into the kitchen. . . about the bar, weakly, something constantly ended, they deceive, swear in Bulgarian. the pools are cold, there is a lot of hair floating around, and it smells quite strong of bleach concentrate. after swimming in the pools, a rash appeared, after the sea, no. think for yourself. . . I don't seem to have any allergies. . . I didn't see any water games. for 7 nights the animation beat 3 times, and then I would have done better drunk. parking is paid -5 euros, and then your car will have traces of fun gatherings. I'm very upset, it used to be much better!! ! Externally, the hotel seems : cool, luxurious, expensive. . hall is gorgeous. . and that's all. . . In general, Eto is far from being all inclusive, learn from the mistakes of others!
