Great, the number has been changed to 843, thanks. numbers 740-750 and 820-850 after repair exactly with working air conditioners. Then they waited for the first cleaning for three days - a miracle did not happen, after the raids on the reception, on the 3rd day they began to change towels, there was still no cleaning, from the 7th day they promised to replace the bed linen, silence. On the 8th day after they left a complaint to the reception, they changed the bedding on the 9th night, thanks, the vacuum cleaner, apparently in this hotel, broke down. In total, towels will be changed daily and bedding on the 8th day if you remind yourself of going to the administrator.
Very small staff for such a huge hotel, respectively, everyone does not care, they are not paid enough for such a load. More or less tolerant service and - oh, miraculously hot food - on Saturday and Sunday, when Bulgarian families come for the weekend. On weekends, you are provided with a smile of the staff in the restaurant, the presence of knives and forks on the tables (you do not need to get them), heated food and even grilled chicken fillet, in contrast to weekdays, treating tourists with frozen cutlets from supermarket trays. Meals are like in C grades in Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Greece - an omelette made from egg powder, rolls, sausage, cheese, feta cheese, pasta, a queue for scrambled eggs, Zukko drinks, coffee, tea. For lunch and dinner a little more variety. Warm food and available only at the beginning of the reception - at 8 am, at 12 noon and at 19 pm. Take money with you, sometimes have lunch and dinner in restaurants, if you want hot meat, delicious salad.
A special warning for children - do not take chopped lettuce - sand and worms are provided, fruits are also not washed. This hotel is open for four only on weekends!!!!!!

Spa salon - all services listed in the description of the hotel - do not work, include only sauna from 14 to 16. You can predict the level of heating yourself. Hamam only when buying a complex with massage for 110 lev.

You can visit the old town of Nessebar (very nice) and Irakli beach, you can go to the city by bus, you can rent a car from ANNA (very nice family) 30-35 euros and with full insurance a clean new car will drive directly to the hotel.
