Recently returned from Bulgaria. We rested at the Planet Hotel from 01.08 to 11.08. 2011. In general, I liked the hotel. Beautiful, majestic hall, spacious rooms, beautiful bathroom, balcony. We had a standard room on the 5th floor with sea access. In the evening it gets noisy outside and you won't fall asleep with the window open. the music and screams continue all night. Towels are changed every day (you need to throw them on the floor), bed linen every three days, they made swans, flowers, boats out of towels twice, which was very nice. The food was great, a wide choice - beef, pork, chicken, lamb, salads, vegetables, fruits, although my daughter asked for milk porridge (for 10 days there was rice porridge once). But the service in the restaurant is not very good. The waiters are young girls and boys who have not been taught how to work. The tables are not cleaned, the tablecloth is dirty, in crumbs, there are not enough napkins, toothpicks. You can’t even take one apple or peach out of a restaurant for a child - they have such rules. An umbrella and a sun lounger on the beach costs 7 leva (1 euro = 1.91 leva). Many people buy umbrellas in the store and are located behind the line of sun loungers (we did the same). Every day to give 21 lev is expensive. In general, the holiday was a success, we were lucky with the weather (1 day was overcast and it rained on the day of departure).
