I stayed at this hotel with my wife and child. Before that, they were in different countries, in different hotels, so there is something to compare with. The inconvenience in the hotel began from the moment we arrived. I booked a hotel in April and reminded me more than once about the need to provide me with a parking space for a car. And I was very surprised when, upon arrival, they told me that there were no places and sent me to a parking lot at another hotel. At the same time, the "parking" was an unfinished hotel, on the first floor of which a wooden platform was brought out... But this is not the most important thing. The main thing is that the parking attendant of the Planet Hotel flatly refused to open the barrier so that I could drive up to the entrance and unload the car. This is despite the fact that I have a small child.
The hotel rooms are certainly large, but don't be fooled by the extras. sea ​ ​ view fee - you are unlikely to see the sea if you live below the 5th floor.
The food is very monotonous. At first it seems like nothing, but then it becomes very boring. Soki is a terrible UPI. From drinks, except for "juices" - cola, fanta, sprite, tonic, coffee / tea from vending machines... beer and wine, more or less. Soups are liquid with a slight meat flavor. There was nothing to feed the child, so we went to eat soup at the nearby restaurant H. C. Andersen. From fruits they gave apples, oranges, nectarines, a couple of times grapefruits and watermelons. However, much of it was unripe.

Dishes in the restaurant are chipped and cracked. They don't clear tables. Sometimes not quite clean cutlery was placed on the table. There were no napkins.
There were dirty mattresses in the room - there were some brown stains on them. I don't even want to think that it. . . had to be flipped the other way.
Refrigerator barely cools. The air conditioner is set to one temperature and intensity that cannot be changed.
The bed was changed only after the request to do so. Towels were changed daily.
Free bar only one - near the pool. All others are paid. All Inclusive is extremely weak.
Regarding the pool - I never use the pools, but I saw a picture here when people simply did not take towels from the sunbeds for the night, so that "their" places would not be taken...
Go close to the sea.
During the departure, they also didn’t want to let my car near the entrance, but then I already went on principle, in the end I was allowed to drive for 5 minutes, but not to the very entrance...
The overall rating of the hotel is a weak 3. Definitely would not recommend to my friends and acquaintances.
