For Bulgaria, the hotel is normal. The interior is beautiful, paintings and mirrors in the corridors, but this is not the main thing for the hotel. The rooms are even spacious (studio - 1 room), it even has a counter like in a bar (it’s not clear why), there is a stove, microwave, refrigerator, everything works, but if it’s all inclusive, then they seem to be useless. Cleaning is done every day, but not very carefully, the bathroom is not cleaned, the floor is wiped in the room and that's it. Linen was changed every 3 days, towels every day, once they did not give a bath mat (they said it was forbidden! ), but after calling the "reception" they gave two at once. I also had to remind about soap and shampoo, otherwise they might not be given (we just read about this problem in the reviews, that's why we describe it). An interesting detail, there is no hot water in the bathroom, there is an electric water heater for 100 liters, but if two or more people wash, then the water does not have time to heat up! A safe in the room with a combination lock, convenient, for 14 days it cost us 50 leva (1100 rubles), in general 7 liters. per day, but they gave us a discount.
Restaurant: indeed during lunch (about 1 pm) it can be difficult to find a free table, it is better to come at 12 pm, then you can choose any, best of all on the veranda. There were no such problems at breakfast and dinner. The food is normal (precisely "normal" is the word that fits best). 2 - 3 chicken dishes (chicken in large pieces, chicken in small pieces, chicken with a side dish and curry); little meat, mostly fried pork, pork chops were only 3-4 times. The assortment of side dishes is standard: pasta in the form of spirals or "horns" and spaghetti, rice (not very well washed, sometimes stuck together), pieces of stewed potatoes and french fries, which for some reason were a huge success. Fresh cucumbers and tomatoes are not bad, but, in my opinion, very coarsely chopped. Simple salads of pasta or beans or potatoes with onions, Olivier salad (if Olivier had tried it, he would have turned over in his grave). I was very pleased with the finely chopped dill and parsley, but I was surprised by the lack of sour cream, although there was mayonnaise. Fruits were first represented by sliced apples and oranges, then apricots, peaches, cherry plums, plums (green at first, then fully ripened), watermelons appeared. At first, peaches were snapped up instantly, you could admire the crowd waiting for their reappearance (people frightened by the shortage took full plates, it’s not surprising that everyone didn’t have enough), then they could be obtained without a stubborn struggle. Ice cream is too "milky" - now we call such ice cream "with vegetable fat", different colors, but the same taste. At the same time, it was so frozen (apparently in order to gain less) that its chipping with a spoon greatly contributed to strengthening the muscles.
It can also be noted that the elevators are not very comfortable (small), and their management is not very thoughtful and in general there are simply not enough of them for such a hotel.

We hardly used the pool, why if the sea is nearby (300-400 meters), but sunbeds really need to be “booked” in the morning. The jacuzzi is so-so, there are no noticeable water flows, the fitness is small, there are several exercise machines, there is only one treadmill, but you can use it, there are not many people there. There is an exchange office in the hotel, an ATM in the lobby. That's basically all about the hotel, we won't talk about excursions and shops, because. This is a hotel review.
