Hello. So I decided to write my review about this hotel. And so everything is in order. We live in the city of Kazan, we are me, my husband and two daughters aged 8 and 1. We bought a ticket through ICS Travel. We flew by the plane of the airline "Northern Wind". Arrived without incident. Destination Burgas. The firm "KITT" met us. Special thanks to the transfer driver Galina. Very nice and sweet girl. She escorted all the tourists to the reception and handed over what is called from hand to hand. Along the way, she told me what to see, try and what not to do. However, I terribly did not like the attitude of some of our fellow travelers who tried to shake the rights in relation to Gali. There was one madam who began to shout at the whole bus that Galya worked with each client for a long time. It was not very pleasant to look at all this. Considering that the woman was traveling with an already quite adult grandson.
We arrived without incident. Galya brought us to the reception and asked for passports and vouchers. All documents were handed over to the young man behind the reception desk. And just a few minutes later we were given an electronic key. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The number is a separate story. And so the number. The area of the room is approximately 40 m2. There is a large mirrored wardrobe in the hallway. And there is a door to the bathroom. The bathroom has all the necessary plumbing and a full bath, which was very convenient for me with a small child. In the room itself, we had a double bed, a sofa bed and an armchair bed, two bedside tables, a TV, 3 small tables that were located along the wall and a bedside table in which the refrigerator was hidden and of course the air conditioner. A big plus of the air conditioner is that it was located so that cold air did not get into any of the beds. And of course the balcony. Our room had one of the largest balcony in the hotel. He protruded above the second floor by several meters. The balcony had a clothes dryer built into the wall, two chairs and a table. As I wrote earlier, we had a room overlooking the pool and this is just a huge plus. The fact is that behind the planet hotel there is the Chrysanthemum hotel, in the building of which there is a casino, and on the other side of the planet hotel there are two erotic bars, respectively, music until the morning. Our room was quiet and peaceful.
Now about the restaurant. This hotel is all inclusive. Continental breakfast, buffet for lunch and dinner and pizza for afternoon tea. The pool bar is always free, but the lobby bar and fish restaurant are paid. The food, as in all hotels, is no worse and no better. I agree with some reviews that the waiters simply do not have time to clear the table, especially when there is an influx of tourists. But I was struck by the attitude of people to food, they will pick up full plates and not one at a time and will not eat. And all this is thrown away. I really did not like the attitude of the Germans and Italians in this regard. They behaved just awful. Italian teenagers could easily pour cola into the pool, because they were too lazy to go to the trash can.

As for the staff, I have practically no complaints about them. The animators, well done children, occupied every evening, though the program is always the same. But adults were entertained in full, every evening there was a new theme. The guys at the front desk were also very quick to respond. A couple of times we had problems with the safe, so everything was solved within 3-5 minutes. They cleaned every day, though no one laid out swans for us, but I always left a tip and it was always clean with us.
The planet is 300-400 meters from the hotel, not 70, as they say on some sites. But even we with a one-year-old child needed about 7 minutes to reach the sea. The beach is municipal, so sunbeds and umbrellas are for a fee.
As for the Bulgarians themselves, everyone understands the Russian language very well. Taxi drivers are very polite and helpful.
We also really liked the old town - Nessebar. The town is just beautiful. There you can buy all sorts of beautiful souvenirs and gifts. For my sister, I brought a mother-of-pearl pendant from Nessebar, very beautiful. And for my daughter I bought a national handbag there. There is also an old church in Nessebar, which was destroyed during the Turkish yoke, and the new church is very beautiful. And in Nessebar there are a lot of all sorts of restaurants. All of them are located on the seafront with a very wonderful view. I advise you to visit a restaurant in Honolulu. It is very difficult to confuse him. A middle-aged, but very pleasant-looking man in a captain's cap lures everyone there. His name is Gennady. It is simply impossible to confuse him. The food there is delicious and the waiters are very friendly. Yes, I want to talk about portions separately. They are very large in Bulgaria, if not huge. So it is not forbidden to order one dish for several people.
As for prices in Bulgaria itself, they are much lower than in Russia. So we bought peaches there for 50 rubles a kilogram, and as a gift I brought local cognac for 220 rubles 0.7 liters.
Now with regard to shopping in Burgas. Burgas Plaza and supposedly I do not advise Burgas. There is practically no choice. Although for my 8th daughter I bought branded jeans and a very good tracksuit there for little money.
True, we were not on the main street of Burgas. I sprained my ankle and had to rush back to the hotel.

As for cosmetics. Dear ladies, take cosmetics only in company stores. Let it be a little more expensive, but certainly high quality. I bought all the cosmetics from the Refan company in Burgas. Cosmetics are just awesome. Never regretted. And my relatives are very happy.
That's all it seems. The result is that the hotel is not bad, but I do not recommend Sunny Beach to families with small children. As we were told by the locals, it is better to choose Sozopol or Ravda. And Sunny Beach is a resort for young people. If anyone has any questions write, I will answer everyone.
