Let me start with the fact that the hotel does not live up to its 4 stars, and it is not about the territory and food (this is the only thing that was good all the time). It all started when we were accommodated in the wrong room that we booked with a total area of ​ ​ no more than 15 m2 with one double bed, and it was for me and two children aged 14 and 7. When I asked the reception for an explanation, because we should have a larger room with a divan, they told me that they could not do anything, because they were 100% occupied. All they can do is bring a shell. When we returned to the room at 8 p. m. , there was indeed a folding bed, which we barely unfolded ourselves, and it turned out that not even a pillow for the child was included in the bed set. The phone is in the beauty room, so I had to go to the reception again to "ask" for a pillow. The other day, when I approached the manager of the hotel to ask when we would be moved, she answered with such an expression on her face as if I was taking her personal number.
The new room was really bigger and that's why we agreed to move, to which I was told to pack things immediately because people are moving into this room, and we will be given a new one after 2 p. m. , that is, again with things in the storage room...
The new room was on the minus first floor, so there was heavy air and a musty smell, but it wasn't the worst it could be. There were 3 lamps in the room, only one was lit, the one near the bathroom, so we lived in semi-darkness for a week. The door in the shower fell off, once it was left in the hands of a child, fortunately it did not break or hurt, the towel holder fell off from the weight of the towel, there is always a puddle in the middle of the bathtub because of the leaking toilet. I will attach a photo so that you can make sure of this. At my request to do something with the light and door to the shower, they sent a worker for the second time, who removed the shade and said that he would fix everything tomorrow, but he did not come for 5 days.

Given how the hotel management reacts to customer comments, I no longer approached them, and silently "tortured" our vacation. Therefore, the conclusion, the hotel is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone, the pools, the water park are beautiful, the territory is well-kept, the food is very tasty (the chef is great and probably draws everyone with good reviews), the staff and rooms are 2 stars at most
