We were here in August 2024. The hotel does not deserve a single star. And although everywhere it is positioned as a youth party hotel, the hotel actually accepts children's groups (many) and groups of pensioners from different countries.

All websites and tour operators give incorrect information about this hotel. We were here in August 2024. The hotel does not deserve a single star. And although everywhere it is positioned as a youth party hotel, the hotel actually accepts children's groups (many) and groups of pensioners from different countries.
Now in points.
Rooms: cramped, without furniture, the TV is old and does not catch any channels. There is an air conditioner, ours worked normally.
We were put in a room that was not cleaned in front of us, but it seems that it was never cleaned! Dust, sand, moldy cookies under the bed...And when you go to the toilet, knock louder so that the cockroaches run away - there are a lot of them and they are very active (because no one thought to poison them).
Nutrition: I have not seen such horror even in the state Soviet sanatoriums!! ! Firstly, the menu did not change once during the week, it was the same all six days.
Moreover, dinner is not prepared separately, everything that was not finished for breakfast and lunch is openly and shamelessly laid out for dinner. Here you will find: fish nuggets, chicken strips and French fries - all mixed together. And it's even more interesting for breakfast! ! Everything that has not been milked since yesterday is finely chopped, mixed and served as a dish of the day. Seriously?? ? The first thought of our group was: like slop for pigs...Several people, including a child, simply got poisoned by not fresh vegetables and got indigestion. And when we asked for a cup in the dining room to make tea for a sick child, we were told that the dishes could not be taken out and they gave us a disposable plastic cup.
No matter when you come, at the beginning, in the middle, at the end, you will definitely miss something. We ran out of bread, then butter, then napkins. And we generally hunted for organizers with salt)))
In the canteen, which they inappropriately call a "restaurant", there is light only above the delivery line.
We had late dinners - we just ate in the dark. Not a light bulb on the ceiling.
Meal times were constantly shortened and changed. And if you, God forbid, are late, they will close the door and leave you hungry.
Staff: kitchen/bar, reception - girls from Ukraine, culinary college interns. Honestly, it was a shame for our country. They are indifferent, they do not solve requests and questions, they are lazy. Drinks are poured for you at the bar, as they do a service. In the canteen, kites make sure you don't take out a glass of water.
Pool: located on the sunny side of the hotel - and no umbrella! All vacationers gathered in the shade of a single tree on the territory. And by the way, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the pool, which means that they breed in the pool water, which means that the pools are not cleaned and treated properly.
Cleaning: We invited a cleaning lady to our place the next day. She came, wiped it with a rag, smeared the dirt...
Without changing the cloth after the toilet, she walked around the entire room. Well, you understand that all the dirt, hair and sand remained in the room.
And most importantly, this is not the first line of the sea! It is not far to go to the sea, but you will have to go. And back - even up. There are at least two blocks of other hotels and shops between the sea and the hotel.
What is good? The sea))) But you definitely need to go to another hotel for it!

The food was good in the beginning, then many people got poisoned and there was a rotavirus infection, the administration is silent about it, when it was necessary to leave, the attitude of the staff and the administration made me confused. The folding situation: the elevator does not go with a suitcase, I had to walk up the stairs, I twisted my leg and could not step, I felt that something was crunching in the joint and the kneecap was falling out. There was an hour left until the bus, I checked out of the room and sat down in the hall (I put my leg on a chair, because the pain was unbearable, and I had almost two days on the road ahead of me).
A woman from the administration came to me shouting and started threatening me to leave the hall room, and if I didn't, she would take me out of here herself. On my words. This kind administrator answered me. Unfortunately, I thought that rest would be better...draw your own conclusions.
