The all-inclusive system disappointed, the choice of drinks is organic, the cuisine is European, which the Chinese do not know how to cook. Tasty and original was only in the hotel restaurant on the veranda, where bbq.
The rooms are oversized. We paid for a 2-storey room of 150 square meters, but there is no more than 100 square meters.
Rest in this hotel only Chinese and Russians, mostly Siberians.

The service is not that bad, it is absent in principle, despite the 5 star category. I suppose, due to the fact that the hotel is not a chain, and the population is very illiterate. The hotel staff nods at any claim, smiles, but does nothing, they cleaned up badly, a few things were lost in the laundry room, they didn’t change the pastel, they didn’t wash the floors. I had to constantly turn to the Russian staff of the hotel, speaking Chinese, English is generally useless there.
In the spa, they constantly tried to breed money, slipping some kind of their underground price list.
The gym is rubbish.
There is no own beach. Across the road. To cross the roadway there is a specially trained brave Chinese, or he simply has nothing to lose, because they can really crush there!
The sea is really yellow. But they say somewhere there are azure beaches, we did not get there.
The pool occupies a large area, but shallow, is in the shade and quite cool.
When getting into a taxi, take a business card from the hotel, this will make it easier for you to return home. taxi drivers will take you to the hotel only if you ask them about it in Chinese, in all seriousness, they don’t even know how to count to 10 in English.
Excursions. . . If not for the wonderful Siberian guy Trushko Timofey, who has been living in Hainan for 3 years, we would not have a single photo. His interesting excursions, not standard, as if from the inside, greatly smoothed out the bad impression of Hainan. Works for himself, because very disappointed with the work in tour companies. He feels like a fish in water among these often unencumbered locals on an island. He is fluent in Chinese, there was no such thing that the locals did not understand him or asked him again, laughed at his jokes. Although he is serious. Do not gouging, which is usually not typical for guides. If you do not want to spend a lot of time on excursions, I advise thermal springs, and a snake farm (not far to go).
