My family chose this hotel for a holiday from 19.06. 2019 to 04.07. 2019. Traveled with a child. After reading and studying the information about the hotel on the official website of the tour operator "Anex Tourism", we paid for this tour.
Upon arrival and check-in at this hotel, we found the following shortcomings - that is, the provision of inadequate information about the tour product, namely:
The distance of the hotel from the beach area is more than 1.2 km according to the maps program. me instead of the declared 800 m (I attach a screenshot).
Only one electric car runs, the number of seats is limited.
The pond is completely dirty.
The beach is filled with rodents, complete unsanitary conditions.
Being on the beds and leaving things, and even more so the child, it’s good that they didn’t get infected with anything.
This pool is dirty, has no treatment modifications, is not suitable for swimming, the water has not been updated, the temperature regime is not controlled by the hotel staff. In these pools that in an adult the water temperature is 37 gr. that in the nursery you can cook 37.6 gr.
The room is old, the smell and stench of the drain sewer is constant, it is impossible to eliminate, it is not possible to spend the night and live.
In the hotel corridors, when you go to your room, there is not enough oxygen and it is impossible to breathe, there is no flow ventilation, there are ventilation guns.
BB breakfast - buffet breakfast, the concept includes: buffet breakfast, 07:00-09:30, (including Russian cuisine dishes), drinks - packaged juices, lemonade, tea, coffee, and also in the restaurant: 10.00-16.30 - carbonated drinks (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta), local beer, 16.30-22.00 - carbonated drinks (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta), local beer, Chinese liquor, red wine, or in pool bar: 16.30-18.00 - carbonated drinks (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta), local
beer.
The products do not completely correspond to those stated on the site, it is impossible to eat food that is not adapted for Russian citizens, the European menu is completely absent, it was not possible to feed the child and have breakfast on their own. The menu hasn't changed. No drinks were offered by the pools to guests.
The green area is not processed from mosquitoes. It's impossible to be. The rooms were offered fumigators, which did not cope with the task. The child, and we were all bitten.
The water massifs that are located on the territory of the hotel do not work (especially the fountains that are provided at these locations).
