A direct flight from Kyiv, 12 hours without transfers and refueling (they are fed twice on board) turned out to be rather tiring for me, as for my mother. The most difficult moment for all those who arrived was the Chinese customs and fingerprinting in their terminal. Tip: if you failed to take fingerprints three times, feel free to go to the customs officers, they will take your fingerprints on the spot without any problems. Currency exchange at the airport with a 20% commission, but the rate is Higher than that of the hotel or guides (keep the receipt if you want to change yuan to dollars on the way back).

Check-in at the hotel was at night, check-in took place immediately upon arrival. Deposit-100 dollars per room, keep the receipt, according to which you will receive your deposit back upon departure. The road from the airport to the hotel took 30-40 minutes. Booked a room with garden view and balcony. Settled on the second floor.

The room is nice, clean, everything is in working order, bathrobes, beach bags, reusable slippers, good toiletries, replenished daily. Clean bed linen, towels (you can take it to the pool and the beach), tea (green and black), bottles of water per person 0.55 liters daily. The room was cleaned every day, if something was not reported to you, feel free to contact the cleaners, they will understand you in sign language and bring everything you need.

The room has its own wi-fi, it works fine: viber, youtube, instagram, facebook, vkontakte, classmates, loads any photos and videos, as well as made video calls daily without any problems. Most importantly, install a vpn at home, not in China. You should also have many different vpns in case one or more stops working. There is wifi in the lobby, but the one in the room was enough for me.
Also, do not forget about the MapsMe application if you want to go somewhere on your own. TV only shows Chinese channels. They took a USB flash drive, but it didn’t work out, so they didn’t use the TV at all.

We had three meals a day, we were satisfied. If you only have breakfast, then get ready for the fact that throughout the rest you will eat the same thing every day. Breakfast did not change at all: dumplings (fried and boiled), rice flour buns (stuffed, steamed), stewed lettuce, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, rice with vegetables, noodles with herbs (boiled in front of you), chicken broth, toast , deep-fried pies (no toppings), pancakes with various fillings, banana muffins, oranges, tangerines, bananas and guava. Tea, coffee, hot milk, soda and apple juice. You can choose, but everything will be the same every day.
Lunches and dinners were radically different from breakfast: meat, fish, seafood, delicious desserts, a good selection of fruits (mango, watermelon, dragon fruit, carambola), coconut milk, ice cream, various salads, soups, a lot of different breads.


We came to eat at the restaurant at completely different times and there were never queues, although we were ready for them. The only thing is that at breakfast, seating by numbers at the tables until 9 am, after 9 am, sit wherever you want. Entrance to the restaurant with a card from the room, for dinner and lunch even with coupons, if you paid for your food earlier, at the hotel, or in cash, directly to the restaurant workers at the entrance. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful and green. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountains. There is a very large swimming pool with a children's section. The pool is not heated, the temperature is comfortable for swimming, it is open until 10 pm, there are sun loungers. Construction near the hotel is still underway, the rest did not interfere at all.
The beach from the hotel is located a 10-minute walk along the lake or a hotel electric car will take you in 5 minutes. There are umbrellas on the beach, sun loungers for an additional fee, all are chained to each other, it is possible that if you go further along the beach, you can find free sun loungers, but basically everyone just sunbathes on the sand and under umbrellas. There are no sand fleas on the beach, the sand is clean, light, the water in the sea is clear, there are no living creatures in the water, rats did not run along the beach. The water temperature was 25 degrees, the air temperature was 28-30 degrees. For all the days of rest there was not a single cloudy day or rain. The climate is very comfortable, there is no humidity, very similar to the Crimea in late August and early September.
We went on excursions on our own to the park. The deer turned his head, the free sightseeing tour was used as an opportunity to get to Sanya for free, see tree houses and, near Pineapple, separate from the group and get to the hotel on his own. From the tour operator we took an excursion to Yanoda and to the thermal springs, we liked everything. The hotel itself is located in Yalong Bay (Dragon Bay). Here, the sea and the beach are really the best, but the infrastructure is poorly developed compared to Dadonghai or Sanya Bay. Suitable for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The hotel rests mainly Chinese, Ukrainians, Russians and Kazakhs. In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the rest, we recommend it.
