my parents flew to Cuba at the end of November 2011. We went on a sightseeing trip by car (themselves, of course, driving) to Ciego de Avila (far away - with an overnight stay on the road). everything would be fine, but they got into a car accident - seriously, I must say... I will not describe the reaction of our insurance RESO (it was easier to die). in the Cuban hospital Santos Spiritus (! ) they paid and treated... everything is OK.
ANOTHER SHAKED - when we arrived at the hotel in Varadero for things (to move to the hospital) - and things are at the reception!! ! ALL things from the rooms of tourists (4 people) are EXHIBITED from 2 rooms, despite the fact that the rooms are paid for!! ! other people already live there (although the numbers have not been handed over and the cards are in the hands of tourists). how did you find out that people would not be able to return to their rooms? - maybe the insurance company or something else... well, guys, it’s not pleasant - some kind of looting. My father's friend, who was not injured in the accident, who speaks Spanish, was interested in HOW this could happen - people should live there for THREE more days! They explained that it was our directia (? ) who insisted on this. There was no time to find out the name of the representative, I still don’t know which tour operator he represented there, and I don’t want to already. FU, in one syllable!
